It's a credit collections agency and you owe a company money.
The reason you can't find out who the 413# belongs to is because they bought the number from a phone number warehouse company at a discount. In this 413-461-2249 case the 'warehouse company' is Rnk Inc.out of Dedham, MA (Who actually purchased 1000's of phone numbers from Verizon to sell to other companies as temporary numbers for a reduced fee.
So let's say the company you owe is "Company A"
The 413# is the credit collection agency "Company B"
Rnk Inc is "Company C"
So Company B buys a bunch of temporary phone numbers from Company C
Company A then contracts with Company B to call all the people that owe Company A money. Company B then gets a commission on all money they collect from people like you and me who owe Company A money.
That way the next time a different Company A hires Company B they can just buy a new set of temp. #'s from Comapny C and the consumer (you and me) won't reckognize the new number and instead of (you and me) avoiding the credit company with a number we already know Company B's calls frm a different phone number that they purchased from Company C.

This number has been calling us all hours of the day and we have no idea who it is.
It is from the Amherst area and we do not know anyone from there. Please find out
