It is the Milwaukee Journal subscription renewal number

This is the newspaper, it is the general number that appears when they are trying to sell you subscriptions. Call 224-2000 and tell them to take you off the sales list.

I received this call as well.  It was the Journal Sentenial trying to sell papers.  When I asked them not to call my cell phone they got very ugly about it!!!

Wow.. This was driving me nuts for weeks. Glad I'm not the only one who is having this problem. I think the next step is to call & complain to Milwaukee Journal!!!!

One more thing. It's a business phone exchange. A bunch of people call out from that one number. You can't call it back. it's like a one way road. If you call, you're calling a computer.

Same thing. It's the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. They're calling because: (1) your card declined, (2) your card is about to expire, or (3) they want you to subscribe. It's nobody harassing you.

ring ring ring ...answer then hang up did this for an hour

I think it's The Milwaukee Journal calling. Answered once and they said that my credit card had been declined and wanted my number. I didnt trust it so i said no and hung up.

Got a call from this number today and was told "f#&k you" then the guy hung up.  I didn't try to call back since whoever needed to say that to me is too pathetic to get a call back.  No clue who the number leads to but found this online so thought I'd post.  Annoying.  I may call the number Maddie gave to get off their list.  *crossing fingers*

Same crap.  Can anyone get the newspapers to investigate if the stinking phone companies won't do anything about it?

I've gotten called from this number 2 or 3 nights in a row. Silent. No message. I never called it back.

Same story...3-5+ times per week.  This number has to belong to someone.  If anyone finds any info please post for all of us.  This is rediculous.

Just got a call from this number 5 min ago... called it back and no one is there.  Get a message that this number is no longer in service.  

I get calls from this number 3-4 times per week.

This number calls me every few days and never leaves a message.  I've never tried calling back.

Multiple calls per week and weekends.  No messages.

I got a call from same number.  When called back, line is busy.  Weird(?)

I also have been getting calls from this number several times a week.  I just got off the phone with my phone company and they said they couldn't help all I could do is call my local police.  I guess the best bet would be to just keep hanging up on it.

I get called from this number at least three times a week. No Message. When i call back, there is a recording that says this number is no longer in service. I call back only 15-20 minutes later. Simply impossible.
