actually the office for Voxdata is located at 20 York Mills Rd on the 4th floor this is above the York Mills subway station at Yonge St and York Mills Rd. They are outsourced from RBC and CIBC and Telus and they will try and get you an annual fee credit card or upgrade your company cells to Telus and offer you insurance if you die on RBC credit cards. How do you like this line? What if you get hit by a busm what will your family do? We are not shy when you come on t he line but since the company is all about $$$$ they don't hire enough harassers I mean Representatives so when the computer dials your number and you pick up and we are busy harrassing others you have to wait for us to be done so we can harrass you I mean offer you services.

Kept getting calls from 416-224-0391 at least 2x per day, 7 days a week. They never left a message. Calls start at 7:30am and go until 9:30pm. I called the toll free # listed above: 1-877-869-3282, and spoke to a lady who said they would remove us from the list right away. We'll see if it actually happens...

Vox Data: Persistant calling every day, including weekends. Somedays calling 3 times. Never leave a message (can't imagine why!). Returning the call gives you a message with their company name, then goes to a inactive voice mailbox.

Oh and another tip from Bell Canada go to http://www.the-cma.org/ and register to have your number removed from their members lists including Vox Data!

After putting up with these jokers calling every 10 minutes for two weeks on my business line, I've just called Bell Canada and spoke to a client rep. He phoned VoxData while I waited and had me removed from their list. I think if Bell gets enough complaints they may get a bit more tough on these nuisance callers!

I am getting this call too (5 times yesterday!). I can't wait to get rid of the phone I'm on now. I just got this number and don't have ANY bank information or credit cards associated with this line. How do they get your number?!

Since some of Voxdata clients are Banks and Credit Cards, and VoxData marketing is so annoying, let's talk to their customers about the terrible marketing job VoxData does. I'll do it with my Banks. You can do it too.
I was getting calls for weeks and nobody answer when I pick up the phone. They have a F**** machine dialing which will pass the call to the agents only if there are agents availabe.

Called my home phone 5-6 times per day. Called the number listed earlier in this message board & spoke to someone (finally). Said they were calling for various financial instiutions. Hopefully they stop soon.

Annoyed, Since they removed you're number have you heard anything? Have they actually stopped?
mike 2007-05-25 15:46:12 Unknown
They call me 3-4 times a day. I called the 1-800 number and got my name removed from the list. I suggest you all do the same if you have yet to.
Elizabeth 2007-04-26 15:53:02 Unknown
I'm getting about 5-7 calls per day from this number now. I used to get 1 or 2 per week and now it's just horrible. Please someone, stop these people from calling!!!

MT 2007-04-20 02:19:45 Unknown
This number calls my cell phone numerous (average of 3) times per week. They never leave a message. I refuse to answer. However, it is getting awfully annoying.

Hi all...don't hate me but I USED to be one of those annoying telemarketers phoning all of you so I just thought I would throw in my two cents.
There are now companies (and from the sounds of it this is one of them) that phone you randomely throughout the day to find out when you'll answer. Call centers lose a lot of money every year by their employees sitting there listening to your phone ring or getting your voicemail. So they have a computer phone you throughout the day to see when you'll pick up. The computer can tell a difference between voicemail and a real person answering but always just disconnects once the line is picked up (either by a person or by voicemail) and records whether the call was answer or not. They then sell this information to call centers. So let's you only answer your phone at night or on Sundays - that information will appear beside your number.
The best advice I can give you is to NEVER pick up this number. If you phone and ask to be removed from their list, it just means that this particular company can't phone you - it doesn't mean they can't sell your number to another telemarketing company with the information as to when you answer.

rvny 2007-04-19 15:27:30 Unknown

sam 2007-04-18 18:26:22 Unknown
Oh God, They just call with no message and 3 calls today, 2 calls yesterday,....
Yathiraj 2007-04-17 18:52:31 Unknown
Called twice to my cell number. No message other side. No voice. Hangs up. Is it a self-dialling machine
Jen 2007-04-13 17:18:40 Unknown
Thanks for posting...I have been receiving calls from this number over the last few days so I just called the 800 number and asked to be removed. However I think the complaint should really be directed at the company that hires them...ie. your bank.
jojo 2007-04-10 02:15:10 Unknown
I received this call too..but I never answered it,and they didn't leave me msgs on my answering machine!
Dave 2007-04-10 01:47:03 Unknown
I am going to have fun next time they call.
"I want a call from your manager committed to removing me from your call list. If I don't get it by 9am the next morning, I will call my branch manager and have a considerable sum of money moved to another bank. Understand?"
Trek 2007-04-05 19:19:54 Unknown
I called Toll-Free 1-877-869-3282 and asked very politely to be removed from their calling list. When I asked the lady on the other end how long it will take to be removed from the list she said "I'm removing you right now." So I ASSUME that means instantly. Let's hope. They call my cell phone too and they waste my day time minutes. If you see this number on your phone, DON'T ANSWER it, just call 1-877-869-3282 and ask to be removed. Cheers.

Same story here..several calls from the 416 number to my cell phone with no msg left. I called the 877 toll free number. I said that i was getting anon. phone calls to my cell phone and would like to know the purpose. She put me on hold for several minutes. I hung up and tried again..same story.
