This number called me to attempt collection. IT IS A SCAM NUMBER, DO NOT GIVE IT YOUR INFORMATION.  They call around to T-Mobile numbers and try to scare people into giving them your credit card number. When I heard the automated message ask for my details I hung up and called T-Mobile customer service and they said I was paid up.

These types of scams are happening more and more (3 times since I got with T-Mobile 2 months ago). Be smart and NEVER provide information to someone who called you. Only trust the company if you called the correct corporate number.

Thank you for providing me with this info.  Yep...T-Mobile is after my son.  I had just bought an Iphone5 under his account.  Crazy thing is he can't get them to do anything as far as helping him with anything until he comes in and shows his social security card and license...Some how they said they don't have the right social security number on his account.  But  yet I went to a tmobile store and they talked me into getting that iphone--piece of s***---that died in less than a month..Just wouldn't take a charge anymore.  But the point is I was able to charge something to his account without his approval.  Also, they replaced the iphone 5, but it was stolen before I  even had it activated.  When I went in to that store, I had a Mytouch 3 that I paid $300 for a couple years ago.  They had this deal going where they would give you cash for your smart phones,  The new guy that helped me took that phone and asked his supervisor if it was part of that deal. She said no.  Well, he didn't give my phone back and I didn't notice it until about a week later.  I called them up and told them that he never gave my phone back.  The lady said "Well, we have already sent it to recycling...nothing we can do about it now.  So, I am just s*** out of luck.   PLUS...there commercial says you don't have to have a contract anymore.  I questioned them about that...They told me ours will start after this next two years because I just signed for that new Iphone 5, which I had to put $150...more like $190 down on.  So, now my son is responsible for it.  They said they will charge him $800 for it.  
Rip-offs.  Plus if you have two lines, you are suppose to get a 3rd for free, which is a bunch of bull...more like $45-$50.  Thanks for letting me vent.  My suggestion---block that number from calling or just don't answser it....They are relentless, though....Good Luck.......Holly

I keep getting calls from this number (I don't answer unless I know who is calling).  The caller never leaves a message.

I got a call today /Sept.26th from TMobile (this number). I don't have and never had an account with Tmobile. You must have my number mixed up with someone else.
The number is :425 - 280 - 4394.

Received a missed call from this.. no idea who this is. Now I do recall someone calling with TMobile, and I think it's this number, and I don't have a Tmobile account...

Used debit card to pay account balance 5 days before end of contract and store refused to provide receipt.  Returned to store with bank statement showing debit from account to obtain receipt and request investigation.

Now T-Mobile bill collection is calling to collect a debt paid off ...  Outrageous!

Best advise... Never trust T-Mobile customer service representatives via in person, live chat, or telephone.  They don't even honor receipts!

I was counting down the days until my contract expired with T-Mobile. I have had problems with my phone and billing from day one. Looking back, I should have known I was in for trouble. When my contract expired I paid the account balance due.  T-Mobile store was unable to provide receipt, although T-Mobile store representative acknowledged that I paid the account and apologized for not being able to do anything about the erroneous charges on my statement.  Additionally, I wrote a letter of dispute and requested a response in writing and no phone calls.  T-Mobile customer service sounds sincere, but T-Mobile will use a deceptive telephone number to call and harass you.

This number is driving me out of my f****ng mind.  It is calling me on a WORK number and disrupting my day when I don't even have a T-mobile account.  I called T-mobile and they don't know who it is.  That is not one of their store numbers OR a corporate number.  When it calls it says it has an important message for "Nora Armstrong".   It is calling me on an advertising tracking number so it throws my notes on advertising budgets WAY off due to at least one call per day.
