Never pay a debt unless the caller MAILS proof that you do owe the debt, and that they have the legal right to collect said debt. If a caller refuses to mail this proof, then per the FDCPA, you owe NOTHING.

Ms. Mitchell wants to get my personal information to discuss my "Student loan Account". I don't even have a student loan. She was rude and defensive when I ask them about what this is about. Bad people. Please get rid of these people. Thanks.

Calls me every day, doesn't leave a message. My phone is on a limited minute plan, so I don't answer calls from people outside my mobile to mobile minutes, it's their loss for not leaving a voice mail message.
