No one was on the line within 10 seconds and I hung up. My first guess is it is some political campaign with a slow start on their recording. Or a test to see if the line is personal to sell the info to telemarketers. I got the call in Longmont, CO. On a cell phone number that I got in Boulder, CO.

they want you to call the number back it a bunch of non english speaking people and i speak english dont know what they want
