Verizon Wireless message retrieval number.  You can call this from any phone and then get your wireless messages.

If this Number is calling your cell phone, it's not to tell you some cool information about how you can call the number to retrieve your messages (which you can't). It's because Verizon Wireless wants you to give them whatever money is on your bills and they've resorted to leaving you messages on an external message server.
