All telemarketers should be banned. I just wonder how many people have hurt themselves running for the phone especially seniors or missed an important phone call by not answering thinking it is a telemarketer. This is harassment and an invasion of privacy. I am really sick of it.

This is Sears. They call me all hours of the day, no message. I keep the call log on my cel in case people want to go after them legally.  Sears, wake up, you are pissing off your customer base.

Class action suit anyone?

I found this posted on this site re: another caller i.d. being used by the same company.  I've just called and left a message for Mr. Murphy and I hope it works.  And, I think its really funny that this person thought up the idea of having them call themselves - made my day !  Here's the info.

These guy's call my cell phone 4 ot 5 times a week and there is no one there when I call 15148761316.  It is costing me 60c per call on pay as you go. It is just harrassment and need to be stopped.

Had some phone calls from that number.Nobody's talking.
Very boring at the end.

I get calls from 514-876-1316 once to twice a day. There is never an ID, and they never leave a message, so I assume it's not too important.

I've talked to a SEARS rep before and asked them not to call me, so if this is them, what more can be done?

I called the number back and it gives an option to take you off the list but you must call (866) 449-4430 to be removed during certain hours.

That number calls me everyday...They have already called me 6 times today!!!!!  I am starting to get pissed right off!

this number called 5 times in under 2 hours. and many times previous days.  NOT AMUSED ANYMORE!

I get a call from this number at least 2 times a day.  I am sure it is a survey or something.  I am fed up with it.  Please tell them to not call me any more.  I will start getting extremely rude.

It's been calling me every day. Mostly dead air when I answer. I just stayed on the line, and someone with a heavy Middle Eastern or African accent went on and on about some line from an Eddy Murphy movie. I kid you not. On and on. I didn't respond. He was laughing to himself.

This number has called at least 10 times in the last week.  There is never anyone there when I answer, and the usual insurance message when I call it back.  How to stop this?

I would really like to find out how to block this number. It has called every day, two and sometimes three times a day for the last two months. There is never anyone on the other end, would like to phone their house until 8:45 pm every day :(

Called every day, never leave a message. Finally caught a person, say they are from Sears.
