I would like to report a series of harrasment calls from the above number (517-579-4360)to my place of employment.  They were stating that they were going to come and arrest me for some bogest transactions they said that I made.  If there were some way that these people can be sued please send me information so I can know and give to my attorney. Like I said they called to threaten me about some money that THEY say I owe. The guy that called; his english was so broken up into a billion pieces I couldn't understand one word that was coming out of his mouth.

Please follow the above instructions.  Report this calls to the Federal Trade Commission and your local Attorney General's office.  You can also contact the Florida Attorney General's office, as these calls appear to be related to Bass and Associates (they are currently taking action against Bass and Associates for improper collections practices).

DO NOT under any circumstances send them any money.  This is a SCAM!!!  You will be ripped off!

This number is related to other phone numbers (now disconnected) answered by an overseas call center.  These people use a variety of names, but always use the same intimidating, harassing and threatening tactics.  There is not one single legitimate debt collection firm that would engage in these illegal tactics - this is NOT a legitimate operation.

Anyone receiving calls from this number should immediately report the call to the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) and their local Attorney General's office.  DO NOT engage these people in any type of negotiations - ignore their calls and report their activity.
