I agree.  There must be a way to shut these jerks down.  If only we knew how...

Caller ID says California.  I won't answer because they have called before and don't leave a message on the machine.  You would think that these phone companies could come up with a solution to 1) a better caller ID system, 2) enabling a system to make it impossible to use bogus phone numbers to call out, 3) and better laws against these idiots who harass anyone and everyone.  With the high prices that we pay for our telephone services, we shouldn't have to put up with calls like this...  Just my personal opinion...

I have the new Panasonic wireless phone that blocks 250 numbers - these but holes are on it!

7/14 10:54 Apparently called while out, no message.  I am about to block this number since they just don't get it and keep trying to get a response.   No ID, and apparently local area code since all that shows on screen is 754-7525, no area code.  Whatever.

Called me today........looks like they will go on my call blocking list.........who are these people?

a person from this number called me this morning confirming my address and saying they were five minutes away for an appointment. when i asked for more information, he said it was a very special appointment and acted like he knew me. then he started singing strangely "you know who i am and i'm coming..." so i hung up and called the police.

They just called me again and left dead air on my voicemail.  Aggravating morons.

I've had this number call my house several times but...no one there.

Just keep trying, don't they?  "Hello, Mrs.  ...., then hang up.  Oh well.

Call came through.  They said my first name, then hung up.

Same here, but no "hello".  Maybe he likes you better than me.  Same old scammers with a different number.  Morons.

Called at 3:25 today.  Male stayed on line long enough to listen to message and say "hello", then hung up.  No message left.  Only ID shows California
