Called my home and cell!
My cell isn't even in my name, it's a company name and doesn't have my name tied to it whatsover. They called my home and then my cell within 1 minute. Left no message either place. I've had these call before, but just decided to check it out.

If the # doesn't look familiar and I don't know anyone from the state they are calling from. (Ohio) I don't answer! Enough said!

567-248-2093 They called my cell after 9pm isn't that against the law? Its a marketing research company. Answer it next time and tell them to remove you off their dialer. If they call you after 9pm report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Well, I answered. (Silly me) However, I received a fax tone. Since I only have one phone line and am expecting a fax, I leave my fax plugged in. Can they hack faxes? This is the 2nd time today this has happened but they were 2 different numbers. I, too, am on the Do Not Call list. What's the point in having your number on that list if your going to get these calls anyway????

Got a call from this number, didn't answer since it appeared as "Caller". Did not leave a message and from reading what you've all posted about these, I'm glad I didn't answer and won't answer in the future.

Called at 1:20 pm, 9-4-11. Picked up. No answer. It appears to be from a company currently being sued by the State of CA... California Police Youth Charities. I'm supposed to be on the Do Not Call list. (Why call and then just tie up the line with dead air?)

Received a phone call from this number. Answered, and got a recording saying they are conduction important market research, and to call them back at a different number. I am on the Do Not Call list.

If you are a Tennessee resident and are registered with the Do Not Call Program - get all the info you can regarding the caller and what they are "researching." They are not necessarily exempt because they are doing 'market research' - often market research is being conducted to sell a product - thus a violation that can be enforced and result in fines and penalties to this company by the State of Tennessee.

Called my cell...I knew not to answer but I did anyway. Slight pause as someone there noticed I actually answered. Then a foreign fellow said he was with a research firm and he wanted to ask me a few ques...... That's as far as he got before I hung up. All things considered, it was a pleasant moment. Just hang up the phone and don't let them ruin your day.

Same here. Called it back and all I got a recording saying something like "if you are calling this number than we are attempting to contact you about a market research survey...". I tired once before I got the actual recording and got about 2 seconds of the recording and then it jumped to a busy signal.
