ich schreibe das jetzt hier in deutsch .Diese anrufe kommen ca. 2 mal im Jahr auch nach Deutschland. Der Akzent ist nicht amerikanisch. Es ist immer wieder die gleiche Nummer und man hört das es ein Call Center ist .Der Mann ist nicht allein.

Es wird immer danach gefragt ,das er in den Computer hineinsehn will. Und  er will ein update auf den rechner machen .

These calls come about 2 times a year to Germany. The accent is not American. It is always the same number, and you can hear that it is a call center., The man is not alone.

There will always be asked, that he wants to see inside the computer. And he wants to make an update on the computer.

This phone number called me in Germany. He knew my name and was asking all the time "EF? do you speak english?" My wife got a few days ago a call, probably from the same guy (based on her description of the accent) and he was asking "do you have a computer"? I guess this is some kind of criminality. I would rather watch out.

Called and hung up. Spam Call ???

Received a call from this number today (Oct. 25, 2013).  We live in Germany.  Told her to not call again, as we do not have "Windows."  Her accent sounded African.

These Oxygen Thieves called me at 05:00AM asking for "Mr. Flores" I get calls for  Mr. Flores from time to time after having my number changed 2 yrs. ago apparently it had been his number prior to being issued to me. So, I explain quickly again it's 05:00AM on a Saturday that it hasn't been his number for at least 2 yrs., did I mention this piece of Rat S*** on feet had such a heavy accent (Indian I believe- not the Woo-Woo kind - the kind that wants to borrow my Lipstick to renew their dot when the Coffee is ready my Friend) that I could barely decipher what he was saying plus wondering why I am still on the line with him. The douche nozzle insisted that I give him my name as blah blah with Microsoft they had detected hackers in my "windows" at this very moment and they were also giving me "the Trojans my friend plus Malware" and it was imperative I give them my name so they can rescue me! My reply was dude you got all that heavy knowledge regarding my system - my name should be a piece of cake You Anal Bead, who?s Mother was a Hamster and Father was an unknown barnyard animal. Then I asked him if he urinates right out the top of his head. I then hung-up. Never would have guessed but this Scrotum Yodeler called right back. So I blocked the number. No doubt they have other numbers. So much for paying extra for unlisted-unpublished numbers along with donotbotherwith donotcall.com. How are these calls not considered a Home Invasion? I wish a Mofo would so I could shoot them in the face. This coming from a 59-yr old Grandmother! An Arizona Grandmother who loves her gats and is always strapped plz just give me a reason! That is only leveled at the cowardly phone A-holes.

Just got the call in Germany. Didn't answer, googled it and here I am. Set the number to "Blocked" on my phone. Done

Apparently these guys keep trying because others have succeeded before them in ripping identity information from older people via their computers... what they're not realizing is that by constantly swearing at people and not even trying to put on a proper fake act they're just giving themselves away...

Just got a call from them 5 minutes ago, same story. Switzerland My poor swiss mother-in-law picked up the call, spoke for a few seconds, (she doesn't speak English fluently), and then handed me the phone. I said "hello, how may I help you?" He said something about our computer (couldn't understand him well, many voices in the background). Then I said, "I'm sorry?" and he hung up. When I asked my m-i-l what he told her before, she said that when she picked up the phone he stated "I am calling from Microsoft and there is a problem with your computer", and she replied, "I'm sorry I can't understand you", and he barked "WELL If you can't UNDERSTAND me then your computer is F***ed"...

Indian accent, sounded like a blithering idiot. Obviously from this forum these people haven't achieved anything (they just keep yelling at and hanging up on everyone), so what could possibly be giving them ammunition to continue? They're obviously stupid as hell...wonder what the purpose is?

Received a call from 5672539999  twice this week. I'm from Guam.  When I answered the phone I  kept saying "hello" 3 times and the caller never responded, but i heard voices on the background. It seems like a group of people are talking all at the same time so I Just hang up.

I am from Guam and we were just talking about this type of phone calls. How are they getting our numbers?

This number called my house phone, but did not leave a message. Where is this area code?

Still claiming to be from Microsoft. Called at 7:00am got belligerent when I declined to follow their orders to let them "help me" with my computer. It's a guy that sounds like he's from India & lots of voices in the background. Unfortunately for them I didn't fall off the milk truck yesterday. The odds of Microsoft calling you to alert you to your problem & help you fix it are as good as winning the powerball. I hate calling this a prank call because that implies a harmless joke & people who fall for this will not think it funny or harmless. Seems like someone should be able to stop these people if it's been going on for a couple years??

Received a call from this number 567-253-9999, I am in Guam.  Same story, first the woman asks if I have a computer and proceeds to tell me that I have viruses on it and that it will crash at any moment.  Said she is from Microsoft in California.  She kept asking me to turn it on so she can tell me how get rid of it.  I told her I didn't need her help and hung up.  Accent sounds like she is from India.

ATTENTION: This guy manipulates your computer that it might even starts anymore! Hang up  and never give access to you computer

Today I received a call from a guy with a accent from India (or so) telling me that he wants to access my PC because I have a serious problem which will destroy my PC. I asked him to give me his name. company and phone number. His response was Edward Smith from Microsoft and the phone number to call back is +44-161-408-5373

called yesterday to Switzerland - asked for "Master Julian" - hung up when I said it is a wrong number.

Lol got call in Belgium on office number.
He told me he was a microsoft employee and detected a problem on my computer.
I said: that's strange i only use Apple. Lol, he hung up

Just received a call from them claiming to be Microsoft.  I managed to keep him on the phone for 20 minutes while he tried to tell me he needed access to my computer.  Eventually he told me his name was John Smith certified Microsoft technician.

I've heard they are using sites where people are trying to get jobs either acting like a employer or fake job offer and that's how I got my first call and learned about these scams. I was told ahead of time to watchout for it. They tried to act like Microsoft and then the others. I even tried to see if I could get the police to bust them so that I didn't have to hear the phone ring.  They have a few different numbers and they'll usually try atleast 2 different scams before they give up for a while. They gave up for six months before starting this crap again.

They have a few scams going (1) they say you have some high amount of money coming but you have to give them around 200 - 300 dollars western union (2) payday loans or money for you different reasons and want your account number (3) the Microsoft scam steal information, download viruses , and I believe they try to use your computers camera to get screwed up pictures and videos like that sacked out principle that was watching highschool girls with the computer the school just happen to let them use. (4) fake grant or school loans wanting information.   Personally I recommend giving them a piece of your mind ( calling everything but human then hanging up)     If you open some of there e-mails you start getting calls.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone in Sweden. They just hung up when I answered. No idea what it was about.

got a call just now from 001 567 253 9999.  We are in Germany and this person said he was from Microsoft and they had detected a virus on my computer.  I told them i know more about computers then he has forgotten and his response was "well F you you mother Fer" and hung up on me.  I wonder if this is really a United States number.  usually these folks are in Russia or Romania.

Got someone calling me from this number but no response when I pick up the receiver.  Am in Norway.  Also got a call from:  006 629 973 7958.  Maybe from Asia.  Same thing, no response.

This numbers been calling my mums 3 times now here in Norway. Same procedure with english speaking woman going about some computer issue. Isn't there a way to shut down numbers like this?
