Automated message saying they could lower the interest rate on my credit card. I pressed "1" to talk to someone about it. When I was connected with a live person I kept asking him over and over to what credit card he was referring. He told me my visa and mastercard. I told him I didn't believe him and that I was on the do not call list and to never call me again. He tried to interrupt me. I kept saying do not call list, do not call me again. He finally hung up. You're better off not even answering calls from this number.

They call and hang up. When you call back to see who they are, it rings busy. I'm also on the DNC list.

This number just showed up on my cell phone. It was an automated call and there was a voicemail that was partially cutoff. The part I heard was something about lowering interest rates....on what, I have no idea. There was no company identification. I'm on the Do Not Call list, so I will be reporting it.

I just got an automated call from this number this morning, also advertising lower interest rates. Have any of you used an online text messaging service to receive texts to an anonymous number? I just did this for the first time yesterday, and got this call this morning, and I hardly ever get calls like this.

Just got an automated call telling they were Account Services for my credit card and I needed to contact them to reduce my rate and that I have a limited time. I hung up.
My cell is on the DNC list too.

Was called on my cell phone advising I was eligible for a reduction in the interest rate on my credit card with Citi Bank or Bank of America
The representitive advised me that if I gave my credit card information to him he would reduce my interest rate which he advised was over 10% currently
I advised I have no credit card therfore the information he had was incorrect and invalid. He disconnected the call and when I tried back for a supervisor the line rang busy
