got the call from this number said Jim and George law office

I just got the same call and it was the same lady

It is a SCAM!  They will call your home and work until you talk to them.  The messages they leave get increasingly more threatening and rude.  I finally took a call this morning and told "Andy Parker" to stop calling me at work and at home.  That if it was a legitimate debt they could mail the information to me.  Of course I did not provide my address - as they should have it if they really were collecting a debt.  I have had this same run in with this "company" for the past 6 months...they call in waves (Changing their number each time)  waiting about 6-8 weeks from the initial conversation we have telling them to stop calling me.  He threatened with me being arrested and that I would need to be prepared with a lawyer and 8-9,000 dollars!  I simply laughed and told him it was a scam and that I wouldn't hold my breath on the cops showing up or getting a dime from me.

OMG!  I actually had a payday load and these people somehow got my ss number, called me and told me I was past due on my bill, added late fees etc. etc. and told me if I did not get a "VAINILLA" cash card and immediately pay $529  the cops would come arrest me and I would be jailed for 30 friggen days!  I paid it, then to get a receipt, the a***ole said I had to pay their attorney fees of $225!!!  They scammed my butt big, HUGE and I don't know what to do?! Stupid left my brain when they asked for the $225 for a receipt!

I received a call from this number this morning. I asked for the name of the company I owed money to and was transfered to a foreign-sounding woman who was supposed to be a paralegal. She told me I had defaulted on a payday loan and would be prosecuted if I did not make arrangements to pay the. I had to insist on the company she was calling about and the date of the loan. She gave me the name of a supposed company but could not tell me the date or amount of the loan. I told her legitimate companys do not follow their approach. She told me to be prepared to have the police come to my door to arrest me and a court appearance..

This same number and indian man was calling me and threatening me for months. Have no clue what its about, other than 6 months ago I applied for a pay day loan which I never received.  This guy is a scammer.  He tells you to get an attorney and starts threatening me.  Everytime he calls I have it out with him.  I'd love to meet this dude face to face.  Fed up!

Got several calls from this number.

1st of let me say if your a debt collector you dont yell at someone for not calling you back. these people who called had a indian voice threatn me to pay otherwise they will have cops come to my home or work. i knew it was a scam when he told me to go to cvs and buy a giftcard to send money to him. i asked him what loan company it is  that i owed he said cash america lol. good one and on top he asked me if a had a lawyer and that after i pay off my debt he will send me a note stating that my loan is paid...be careful this is def a scam.

This people are scamers, they called me a left a message treating me to get an lawyer if I don't call back. Their english was very broken, So I called back to give them a piece of my mind and they hang up on me...So what does that tell you..........Avoid them....Don't even called them back, its a scam...

Its a scam report them to everyone you can also call one of the three credit bureaus and put an alert on your ssn

have recived many calls from them i also have it saved on my phone and have saved voice mails too

It's a scam. There calling from over seize and tell you you need an attorny and if you don't pay a warrant will be issued for your arrest.  I contacted our police department and was referred to the FBI.

who are you.....what do you want...not responding to this,,,,,dont even speak good english.....some people have no conscience and are just out to make money.......not this one i am not  responding.

Rude message! does not say where they are calling from or what they are calling in regards to! not even an unpaid or bill or anything! before you make threats about not calling you back say what you are calling in regards to!
