This is the Paychex Benefits Department, which is a separate group from the payroll processing division. My rep referred me to them as I needed to speak to them regarding health insurance questions my clients had. Unlike all the other unknown phone numbers that I receive and read about on this site, this is the only unknown, but legitimate call I have actually received so far.

Caller lft msg, identified himself as Paychex and to give him a call back. Right.... In my spare time.... Paychex has done my payroll for years. I have a local rep. If it's important, my rep will call. As for the complaining about back taxes and penalties, if YOU are submitting payroll taxes then YOU are responsible for submitting them and making sure everything goes right. If you get Paychex's TAXPAY service (I think that's what its called) then PAYCHEX is responsible for submitting your taxes. If something goes wrong it's THEIR problem. Worth its weight in gold. I'm virtually hands-off and sleep well at night. Regardless who does your payroll, you still need to be reasonably of aware of whats going on.

We have used PayChex for many years, and have not had any problems. However, their corporate office calls us frequently to sell us on other services they offer.

Do not do any business with this company paychex. They do not stand behind any of there services. I know because I got hammered with back payroll taxes interest and penalites and all paychex did was say sorry but you should have caught it. buyer beware!!!! BAD COMPANY

They don't do random sales calls. Some how they got your number as someone interested in need of a payroll company.

Received on cell phone. Thank you Tom for identifying company. Obviously the company doesn't check the Do Not Call Register for cell phones.
