I just received a call also.  They say they contact my employer and got all my information.  Mind you the address stated was the wrong one.  He also claimed he called my bank.  I called the bank to assure myself and  the bank was not called by a collection agency.  This is so bothersome, because here I am trying to fix my credit at the same time that I'm carrying for my family and this s.o.b is trying to rob me

Same here.... threatening call from a guy calling himself Mr. Oshay....He not only called my cell but he called my work number... I have never had a pay day loan... I looked into getting one several years ago but never received or asked for one... But my info must have been taken.... Keep calling Mr Oshay, and I will keep ingnoring..... And if you have papers for me, come give them to me yourself....I'd like to talk to you face to face....Oh and get a real job....loser

I am really tired and frustrated about this people calling me, and my friends and coworkers leaving messages in my and their Mail voices, threatening me with the court, and saying something bad is going to happened to me.
I had enough , !!! I have not ever call them back , they are jerks and this is a scam.

I received a call from this number saying I had bounced checks on a payday loan and that it was from a checking account I had 24 years ago. Asking for more information, Said they were with Check Systems.

I got a phone call from these people a man named Ryan Ramerez. He state I have 72 hrs to contact him to make a statement abiut my case. They are going to put a judgement against me and suspend my checking accounts with my SS# on it. I have not received any notifiction about this and do not know of any debt I owe. They call themselves Chex systems,

This is a scam this people get into your live to know stuff about you. They're trying to get your money by threats ....... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARN MONEY LET THEM FIND A REAL JOB!!!!!

I have been receiving calls from "Lance" also, this morning he called my mother and told her that there was an investigation involving me. Of course, scared her to death. I did talk to him and he said that a lawsuit was being filed against me for fraud of a bank. He also told me that they had mailed me numerous letters, of which I have received none. He got very nasty and rude with me when I told him I was at work and would have to call him back. When I called back I only got a voicemail. Where do we report this?

Not only do I get these threating calls, but this guy "Lance" has managed to locate a few of my friends and is also leaving them voicemails for me stating that I'm going to be served court papers for an unpaid loan and check fraud. This is outrageous and needs to stop. I can never get any other information from him other than "pay your debt". Ok provide me with proof of whatever "debt" I owe, etc. This is very frustrating to not only myself but to the friends he's also contacting. I'm going to report this immediately.

I just received a call from this guy "Lance" telling me the same thing, the court was about to serve me with a summons to appear in court for a debt supposedley I had with Wachovia. By the tone in his voice, I could tell he was about to get rowdy, he then left a message on my VM telling me that I will have to appear in court and that they have statements against me and wished me good luck.

I was getting this call from a guy name Lance. Stated that I was going to be served with papers, that maybe I would qualify for a resolution but then again I would not because it was so long ago in 2011. It made it seem that I opened an account received the funds then closed the account. I stated so if was two years ago why am I now being contacted. Well the lawyers are going to have papers sent to you to come to court and dispute but if you get a lawyer it is going to cost you more, you can just pay the debt. I told him I will have my lawyer contact them and hung up. He called back then hung up

I myself have received several phone calls from this number one by a man named Chris and another by a lady named Ms. Graham. They are also stating i am going to be serves with papers to appear at court asking me to resolve this issue telling me that they are going to do a wage attachment to obtain the money. They are telling me that I had a payday loan and the money was deposited into my pfcu account last yr when in fact I have not had pfcu since 2004. Everytime I ask them for information for their address and things of that nature they get very defensive saying just take care of the debt. I am going to get to the bottom of this once and for all

I have also recv calls and VM's from this number from someone named Lance calling from Check Systems. His msgs are treatening. He is not the first person that I have heard from that works for this company. They are also using numbers 585-730-6107, 585-730-6087, 585-730-6917 & 607-299-0811. The company they are claiming I owe money too is someone I have never heard or dealt with. States it's re: a payday loan I defaulted on. Not sure how I did that when I've never dealt with the company. This has been going on since 1/13. I requested validation of the debt. I got a letter that gave the company I supposedly owed and the amt due immed. I then mailed and faxed a cease & desist letter and also stated that I am disputing the debt send me verif of the debt, etc. proof they are licensed to collect in my state. Well that was sent about 6 weeks ago and I have still not recv any verif, but keep getting the threatening phone calls, with stmts like they are going to call my references and list them in the law suit and call my employer and tell them I am trying to defraud a financial institution. Have me charged with committing a scam and defrauding a financial institution.  I call back and keep getting VM's and state to them very clearly I'm not paying anything without verification and I will see them in court. The calls are now coming daily and I'm sick of it. I will now be moving forward with filing any complaints I can with whom ever I can. I have enough bills of my own without someone trying to collect on something that isn't even legit.

I received a call from a man saying he was from Tech Systems & that I was using fraudulent checks at a bank that I've never even used before. They also said that they have tried to contact me numerous times by mail & through the court which isn't true- I haven't received any notifications. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. About 2.5 years ago My bank account was hacked into & they took out about 1800. Just know that these people are just looking for your money & to NOT believe what they tell you!
