They called and said to press 1 for English. I hung up because those are always sales calls. Immediately they called back, so I pressed 1 to hopefully remove the number from the list. They played Fur Elise for 2 full minutes. So I hung up and have not gotten calls back since. I believe it's a sales call.

I don't have cell phone turned on every day but when I do, I get calls from this number--I recognize it and don't answer and never have--just the fact they probably call every day is harassment plus the fact I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry--what good does that do?

This is the first time this number has called me.  i answered 602.357.3582 and an automated voice said if you are "not found" press 1 if you are not "not found" press 2.  I pressed 2 and the call disconnected.  I know, I know, if I'm not not found then doesn't that mean I am found!!  ha ha good laugh!

Just a minute ago some idiot called my number, let it ring and hung up. My code is also #602 so thought I should answer. I am happy I did not after searching 602 357-3582

This company or person calls almost every day for the last 6 months. They have been asked nicely to stop calling. Sometimes its for web design other times for financial services. They don't take no for an answer.

I have received calls from this number for three weeks. I answer they hang up. Called back and some jerk with "mcc" some collections company claiming their client Bank of America is trying to collect a debt from me for a visa ive never had.. Kept trying to get me to confirm my personal information when i refused to confirm/deny any information  he spewed out a bunch of cuss words and called me a couple of names before hanging up on me...

Are they calling you on a landline? They called my cell phone a couple of times, i didn't call back due to the fact they didn't leave a message so my smartphone has a app to block any calls and so thats what i did.

Getting daily calls from 602-357-3582 with no messsage.  Finally got a person to answer and it was Commonwealth Financial Systems (bill collector) looking for someone who erroneously gave out my number as her contact.

I too have been getting calls from this number. Finally I called it back and it's a financial company, or so they say, and asked them to remove my number from their database. The guy I spoke with asked me the number and then asked if a person by which a name I have never heard was connected to my number. I told him no, and he said he would remove the number. Now I'll just have to wait and see if I continue to get calls from that number. Try calling it back, and see what happens.

I was getting calls from NCC for months once sometimes twice a day.  I do not owe anyone any money so I couldn't figure out why they kept calling me.  They were always very rude and nasty.  I finally got tired of it and reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  I also wrote a letter to the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General and the CEO of NCC.  After a couple of days the calls stopped.  Initially I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and a few days later I wrote the letters, I attribute the stopped calls to the Better Business Bureau.  If you continue to have trouble with this company, call the BBB and they will handle it.

602-357-3582 has been harassing me for several months now, calling everyday.  I contacted Global Crossing, Level 3 Communications and they gave me a number to the long distance carrier of the 357 number.  The company is called Vox Communications Corporation at (407) 284-7314.  I left a message.  I also call my phone company who refuse to do anything free of charge.  They expect me to pay them $4.99 a month just to block this call.  I will write a letter to this company and hope that will help.  I have no idea who they are or what they want.  Global Crossing transferred me to the 357 # so I can speak to them.  Someone picked up the phone and didn't say anything.  As soon as I said hello they hung up.
