I contacted Shamrock foods (AZ)about the call I got. They are aware of it and their IT is working on it. They also have it being investigated. NEVER give your Credit card or SS info via e-mail or phone.

Please accept my apology for the responses I gave. I really hate to see honest businesses and individuals blamed for the times they are accused of actions of the criminal card service scammers.This is not the first time they have used some other person's name and number to avoid being located and prosecuted. It could happen to you and I, with adverse consequences, as it has to others. This scam has been going on for years, and I believe the only way to stop it is through public awareness. Again, I'm sorry.

Apparently you have never heard of caller id spoofing (falsifying) of name and number that is used on all calls made by the card service scammers. Calling and complaining to the victim (Shamrock Foods) will accomplish absolutely nothing! Google "caller id spoofing", and you will become more enlightened!

Do you REALLY think the callers are Shamrock Foods displaying their own name and number on the caller id--or could you maybe believe it possible that the card service scammers are using their number to hide their own location and identity to avoid prosecution? THINK about it!!!

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

I received a call allegedly from Shamrock Foods around 9:55 AM (eastern). Thankfully they did not leave a message. That is the last thing I want from is a message from an unwanted caller.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others before they are cheated!

I received this call on my cell with an outgoing message about a reduction in interest on my credit card. When I answer I had a representative who spoke in broken English who asked about my credit card. When I asked them to repeat the question, because I did not understand her, she hung up. I tried calling it back and it was never answered.

I got a call from these people. Called back and it rang and rang.....so I waited until this afternoon and called back ....busy.......so I finally googled SHAMROCK FOODS, which was listed in my caller ID with this number.  They said innocently, that someone has been using their name to call from 602-477-6146......their REAL number (which I called is 602-477-2500) she said the telephone company in AZ. is working on it.......it is a credit card scam....I explained I am on the National DNC list as well as my STATE DNC list and if I ever HEARD from EITHER of these numbers again I would report them. She offered to send me to the IT dept. and I declined.  Fishy.......why would it have the 602-477-6146 number, yet read Shamrock Foods?????????? I would encourage you to call the 602-477-2500 number and complain.  Good Luck!

Received call today around 10:00.  I did not answer, they did not leave msg.  Tried to return call, rang and rang, not answer.  Wish I would have checked here first.

Caller ID said Shamrock Foods, but it was "Heather from account services."

You guys, don't put your real name on these posts. They may be able to cross-reference when they called a number and if they have both your number AND your name, you posting your name here confirms you're a real number. They can then take your number and sell it to other fraudsters. Best to just not answer, post receiving the call anonymously here, and go on.

Received a phone call and my phone identified it as Verizon Wireless, my phone provider.  Did not answer. Left a garbled message about logging into my account and getting some cash.   Ran the number before calling back and discovered this site and the complaints.  Obviously a scam.

Just called me, August 21 @ 10:42am CDT. Didn't answer, I pretty much never do when it's a number I don't recognize.

Received call  11:30 EST on cell.  Am registered  on do not call list .  I did not answer - no voice mail left.

Just called me, left no msg.  Calling them back from an unregistered # and just letting it ring.  Hopefully, it will irritate the crap out of them!
