Forsta mediation is just a scam, they contacted me as well as others promising a reduced mortgage payment by putting together a modification packet and its just a big lie once they get your money they are done with you. They stay in contact with you and answer your call promptly at first, but once you figure out that it is a scam it is impossible to reach anyone besides the secretary you says everyone is busy can I take a message. Stay away from Forsta Mediation

I HIRED FORSTA MEDIATION AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I WAS CONTACTED BY THEM A MONTH AGO AND PRIOR TO RETAINING THEM I HAD SOME QUESTIONS. I WAS TURNED DOWN TWICE BY MY MORTGAGE COMPANY CITIMORTGAGE AND WAS NOT SURE IF THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME EITHER.I WENT AHEAD AND RESEARCHED THEM AND IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEN IN BUSINESS OVER 3 YEARS AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB. ALSO, I CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN ARIZONA AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THEM EITHER. AS OF AUGUST THEY ARE REQUIRED TO GET A FINANCIAL LICENSE WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND HAVE YET TO GET THAT. I WENT AHEAD AND RETAINED THEM AND GLAD THAT I DID. I JUST CLOSED ON MY LOAN MODIFICATION AND SIGNED MY FINAL DOCS WITH THE NOTARY PUBLIC. I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW ITS SO REAL! IF YOU HAVE A MORTGAGE AND YOUR LENDER IS NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU, YOU MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE WITH FORSTA. I WOULD CALL THEM AND HAVE THEM REVIEW YOUR CASE FOR FREE TO SEE IF YOU TOO QUALIFY. I AM GLAD THAT I DID!!! THANKS FORSTA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh is that so Brian F. I asked Jay Burton how long they have been in business and I have in writing that they have only been in business for 1 year. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Dept. of Financial Institutions and with the BBB. This company is a scam people don't fall for it like my self and others did!

I was contacted by Forsta in August 2010. They cashed my 1,000.00 check the first week in September and have done NOTHING to address my load modification. They will NOT return my phone calls and have never contacted Citi. They sent me several emails over the past several weeks stating they were in touch with Citi and to just be patient, but when I contacted Citi they had never talked to anyone from Forsta. I don't understand how they can do this? I researched them first and found many positive comments. This has not been my experience. Citi has placed my house in foreclosure - I'm hoping to fix things? I trusted Forsta and left the matter in their hands - huge mistake on my part!!!

I just got a phone call from Forsta Mediation and they were trying to give me a modification and said they were calling on behalf of Citi Mortgage and work closely with them. I immediately called Citi Mortgage when he didn't know specific information that he should have known if he were Citi Mortgage. Of course they said they have not given my information to this company however Im currently going through the modification process with them.....HMMMMMMMMM Makes you wonder if we are in part 2 of the mortgage scams.......

I agree with you, They got my money also, suppose to be money back gaurentee. Well I can't even get a hold of them now. They don't return my calls but when they wanted my money I could get a hold of them at any time. The guy's name was Jeff Johnson and I really hesitated about sending them the money. Jeff says he is a father of two boys and that he sleeps well at night. Jeff Johnson is a no good liar.

It is a total scam!!! Don't believe a word of what they say. They got my 1,350.00 money back gaurentee so they say bull s***.

I just closed on my loan modification with Forsta Mediation. I am extremely happy with the service that they provided in regards to my mortgage. I was also skeptical in regards to using there service as well. I checked with the BBB and they have no complaints at all! I also found out that they have been in business for 5 years locally in Arizona. I have a mortgage with Desert Schools federal credit union and was not able to get any help from them at all. I was referred to Forsta Mediation by a friend that also had her loan modified with them and was extremely impressed with the service that they provided. I was able to reduce my payment by $450.00 a month.I want to thank everyone at Forsta Mediation. I strongly recommend Forsta Mediation to anyone that is in need of saving there home.

My name is Debra Cordero and I have a mortgage with Bank of America. I was in a car accident and was out of work for 3 months and had 2 major surgeries. My lender Bank of America was unwilling to work me in regards to my delinquent mortgage. I was getting collection calls day and night. I hired the attorneys at Forsta Mediation to service my active loan and was able to get my mortgage payments reduced by $280.00 per month. In addition to that, I was able to get my loan brought completely current and up to date. I don't know what I would do without Forsta Mediation and the help that they provided to my family and I in time of need. If you have a mortgage with a lender and your lender is unwilling to work with you in regards to your home and the home was purchased prior to 2007. You should hire Forsta to represent you and help you to save your home. Thanks Forsta !

Forsta Mediation calling about my CitiMortgage account. Citi swears they didn't give them my numbers. I answer the phone and there's silence most of the time. Other times an automated system picks up and says, Select One to speak to a rep and Select Two to have your number removed. Well, I selected Two about a zillion times and the creeps keep calling. So I called them back. It didn't work at first - the call would dial and then hang up - but finally! - today - an actual human being from this company answered the telephone. They apologized profusely and swore they would remove my numbers. I told them about selecting option Two to have the numbers removed and they said their system was currently 'broken' but being fixed. Yeah, right. But anyway, the guy was friendly and promised to have the calls stopped. We'll see.
I did ask where they got my numbers and the guy said 'public records'. Well, that's interesting because my house number is via MagicJack (no listing anywhere) and my cell number is in my mother's name. So despite Citi's avowals to the contrary, I do think they've sold my information to this company.
