I had them replace my windshield 6 months ago now they constantly call me .not only that they used cheap glass and did a sloppy job there black glue left every where and not only that the windshield leaked so bad from bottom that it parted my hair when I was driving it was like riding a motorcycle only I was in my car and didn't get the joy of actually being on a motorcycle horrible glass company I would not recommend anybody that cares about there car to go there

My CLID also says "Comvoice." I didn't answer as I have better things to do.

Has been calling me for YEARS ever since I filed a claim and had my windshield replaced. I have threatened them and it seemed to work for a while now they are back at it again. I hate these b*****ds.

Cold-calling to ask about auto glass repairs seems like an incredible waste of time. Called at 5:10 pm on a weekday, no message left.
"Why, yes, I do have a chip in my windshield. I'd love to have a glass company that I've never heard of come out and fix it. What could possibly go wrong?"

I just received a call from 602-773-5869. The gentleman explained he was from NOVUS and would like to offer me a deal on a a new windshield, regardless of the condition of my current one. Well, I don't need replacement. And I'm not sure how I got on their call list.
I replaced a windshield 3 years ago and 6 months later was harassed by that company. Despite my constant requests to be removed from their list, I was called at least twice a month for 2 years. (My husband's phone was always lit up from them as well.) I finally contacted the BBB, feeling out of options, and they seem to have solved that problem.
However, I am wondering if this is the badgering company, just renamed? Time will tell.

OMG, it is the auto glass place.. I told them to stop calling me ans that I will call them, if need be.. I explained to them on numerous occasions to remove my number.. I swear like 15 times or so. Each times the swore up and down they  would. They stopped calling but now started up again.. SMH

BS, they call me at work despite repeated attempts to get them to stop.  They stopped for a while after I weaseled the location out of one employee and implied I'd come down there in person and kick his rear.  However, that only lasted about 90 days.  Too bad the space junk didn't fall on their call center...

Here's what you need to do to put a stop to these jerks. (Don't bother registering with the online 'Do Not Call List'. That's complete b***s***. It never put a stop to anything. It's a b***s*** Govt placebo).

1. Pick up the phone when they call.
2. Say nothing.
3. Count to 6 seconds.
4. Hang up.

This way, they pay for the call. It also stops them from leaving a voicemail message and after maybe a few calls, they'll dump your number because you are costing them money. Every time you pick up and they get nowhere you take money out of their pocket. Ta-Da! You win.

The callers from this number have dreadful telephone etiquette. I answer and they ask for Mr. or Mrs. (that's the telltale sign right there for me) or they'll ask for me by first name but will mispronounce it. When I tell them they have the wrong number, they ask me "Well who have I reached" you needn't know anything more than you obviously have the wrong number. (If you cannot pronounce my name correctly, in my book that's a wrong number and we have no business to discuss.)

I've never done business with this company and although, I did have an auto glass repair about 4 years ago but that was through Safelite and Liberty Mutual insurance, so why I would be receiving this unwanted call when I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, I'm not sure.

I get calls from this number and they disconnect when you say hello.  they call at all different times, sometimes more than once a day. Very frustrating.  I reported them on the Do not call registry complaint website but I doubt it'll do much good.

This is getting even more ridiculous. After numerous calls to my cell phone, I called this number and requested that they remove me from their list. The individual with whom I spoke asked me if I lived in Arizona to which I responded, "No" (I live in FL). He immediately apologized and stated he would remove my number from their list and even indicated that he had done so before we ended the call. I actually received ANOTHER CALL within 3 hours, which I did not answer. Today, I received yet another call and when I answered an unidentified woman asked for someone I had never heard of. I promptly told her she had the wrong number and she, just as promptly, hung up. I fully intend to file a complaint with the DNC Registry EVERY TIME I get a call from this number. Hopefully, they'll get sick of all the complaints and take action because this is getting totally nuts.

Receive calls on my cell phone repeatedly.  They never leave a message.  All of my phones are on the do not call list!  Very annoying.

This is a huge PITA (I presume "Cornhusker" has the correct information). They have been calling my cell phone number for weeks on end - I typically get 4-5 calls per week - and have never left a message on voicemail (of course). Rather aggravating since I have never done business with them and, even if I had, would never have given them my cell phone number. I've had the same cell phone number for well over a year and the number itself has been in the National DNC Registry since 2006. Clearly, these people are callously disregarding federal law.

Yeah the phone number is for Novus Glass Co. on 11460 N. Cavecreek Rd., Suite # 3 I had problems with them back in June of 2011 ! The lady said the had a computer generated system that's used and she would have my number removed ! Well it was quiet until i received three calls the past 3 days usually after hours or late afternoon ! I can have the number blocked form my cell phone provider or call the attorney generals office and complain and fill out paper work ! Better yet contact the local news on Tv and have them do a investigation about it !  I plan on calling the store on 11460 N. Cavecreek road #3 and telling them about the slick calls that ring oonly twice and then you call back and it says that they are busy assisting other costumers please leave a message ? I read your note and it is not accurate with regard to the Novus Store on Cave Creek Rd !!!! You may work for another franchise in the valley which doesn't participate in these slick phone solicitations. Nice to know that a Novus shop doesn't resort to these scams. May i ask how you can speak on behalf of all the  Novus Glass stores in the valley ? Are you the owner and oversee day to day operations in the office and field operations ? You have first hand knowledge of what goes on at each one of the businesses ?

The company is Novus Glass 11460 N. Cavecreek Rd. # 3 ! They keep calling after hours ring just once or twice ! Then you call back and you get all  the bs about busy with other customers ,leave message or call back !!! Had three calls this past week . I suggest that you call the franchise store and speak with the manager or book keeper and advise them about the calls ! I spoke to them back in June and found out that it is a computer generated call and the women advised me that she would take care of it and have my number removed from the system ! Well it's back in the data base ! I have decided to call the Attorney generals office and Phoenix and see what my options are !  It may be a time consuming project but it's worth it !

I have worked at NOVUS glass for almost 2 years and what you have stated about an automated message is 100% wrong.  We have never done that type of marketing.  I figured I would at least let you know.  We have three packages to offer our customers who need there glass replaced.  You can get 225 dollars in spa treatments, 200 dollars in golf or up to 200 dollars in restaurant certificates. If you had a call and would like to get your windshield done or need to be put on or DNC list, please call.

I have found out that there are two NOVUS glass companies in the valley who both do telemarketing calls.  I can only give you information on the NOVUS company located on Cave Creek.  They gave me 225 dollars worth of golf, come to my house for free, and was done with in an hour.  I would recommend this company to anyone that want professional work.

These freaks left an automated message on my voicemail  giving me a couple options, one stating that if I'd like to "find out who called (the purpose of the call), press ...."  Of course, I didn't.  I just deleted the message.  I don't know who this business is that's calling; but, the automated system makes it obvious that they're doing this on a mass scale.   I do get a lot of stupid glass selling calls (do these thieves know what a nuisance they are?), so I'll bet the other comment is correct, this could very well be Novus Glass Co. 11460 N. Cave Creek Road, Suite 3 in Phoenix.

There is such a weird variety of things this caller does.  I have caller ID which says "Private Caller" when this number calls.  I usually just don't answer because if someone doesn't want me to know who's calling, I don't want to talk to them.

One day I picked up without answering and they said my first name twice.  Since I have an unlisted number, this may be the auto glass company I used once.  Never again!  If I ever crack a windshield again, I will go through my car dealer to replace it.

I was at the car wash this week and the place was swarming with guys talking to customers about replacing their windshields.  Fortunately, mine is fine.  I'm actually considering talking to the manager of the car wash and complaining about these guys being there.  The other people didn't seem to mind but, boy, will they be sorry a year or so from now.

Yes it is a glass/windshield repair company that solicites calls.  I am on the do not call registry and they shouldf not be calling I have never done business with them before.

First call was last Saturday 6/25, didn't leave voice message.  2nd call was this afternoon 6/28, they knew my first name, they said it twice on my voice mail and hung up.  Like duh, they couldn't figure out they weren't talking to a human.
