RECIEVED AN INVOICE SAYING I OWE THESE PEOPLE $131.45 FOR SOMETHING.WHEN THEY CALLED MY HOME I ASKED WHO WHAT AND WHY DO I OWE FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER,PROMISED.I ASKED THEM WHAT WAS IN THE PACKAGE THEY CLAIM THEY SENT ME AND WAS TOLD...WE CAN'T TELL YOU THAT..SO WHY WON'T THEY LEAVE ME ALONE? THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT HELP AND I AM RETIRED. THE MALE THAT CALLED STATED THAT I HELPED HIM GET A JOB AND HIS SUPERVISOR CALL ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A FUNER DEMANDING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO HELP THE MAN.

i don't remember saying i wanted the light bulbs. I kept asking for them to send me information because they did not have a website. They did the collection thing on me. I said i want to hear the tape.  Today they called and it was no longer for some veteran to get a job but for some kid. I told them they were very decietful I want to hear the tape.  They said only in 6 or 7 months when it goes to court.  I did listen to everything but when they said $99 I said no way! I  don't know the phone # but it is from phoenix,AZ  1800-453-2666

They continue to call my home asking for "Dwayne".  I tell them that I am not home, and they continue to call.  Luckily, this is not my real name so they can keep on calling.  I am enjoying the high priced light bulbs. What a bunch of suckers.  I bet you the next time that they try to threaten somebody by sending them to collections, that they think about getting the correct information from the person that they are trying to scam!!!  And on a side note: They should stop using the disavantaged and handicapped as their way to sucker people in.  That is really a messed up thing to do.

Just got a postcard telling me I was seriously late in payment!  Ha -what crap- I keep calling telling them that I'm going to report them and I will if this keeps up- I mean they are in AZ and I'm in the East- good luck to them if they think I'm going to give them one more red cent- I was suckered into one check and no more is coming there way- What a scam!

i just recieved a call stating the same thing that they were going to file papers on me and get the police involved yeah how will that work out for them considering there is no signed documents with my name. have they followed up with you yet? LOL

The number of my caller is 310-219-3073- They conned me into lightbulbs and I got concerned when they asked me if I wanted to round off my payment- so concerned I cancelled my Discover Card.  The lightbulbs arrived - more than half were broken and the I used lasted all of one week.
Then the calls from the above number started. I explained what had happened and they said to call the 800 number and they would replace them- I said they weren't worth 5 cents and I didn't want them.  At this point I sent them $75.00 (fool that I am) and then last night they started again with the calls.  Said that this was run by the Police Department (trying to scare me) and that they were putting me in collection!
What an absolute scam- how could I have been so stupid!  They are not going to get one more cent out  of me.

These people keep calling me and wont stop they keep asking for some one who I don't even know!!! It sound like an elderly person on the other line.

they called about a disabled workers organization the caller said she was disabled and if she didnt make a sale today she would be fired. It came from arizona

always call and hang up before machine picks up,I pick up and no one is there oa buzzing,ringing type noise

THEY BEEN CALLING ME SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS! ITS GETTING OLD!  WHAT HAPPEN TO NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND WHY ARE THEY STILL CALLING ME!!!

They claim to be American Handicapped and Disadvantage Workers, and from what I can tell they don't exist. Go ahead try and Google it.

I am going to report them to the FTC, because they said they weren't a charitable organization, which means they aren't exempt.

I encourage those on the Do Not Call list to report them, as well.

Well, they don't call me, but they probably called my mother. She is a late stage Alzheimer's patient and her number is on the no call list. She received a package from these people with a "kitchen towel set" in it (a small kitchen towel, oven mitt, and pot holder all made in China) along with an invoice for $46.00!!! There is no way she would have called them, and she generally has little patience for phone solicitors anyway, but these guys probably figured they had a live one. They have all her information on the invoice, but there's no way she could have told them that.
