I've been getting calls from this number everyday for weeks on end from varying numbers all from the same company. I've finally had enough and with the help of MrNiceGuy and Mike I am going to call them everyday until I am bored of doing so. With the help of my trusty whistle I am going to call Brian Riley all hours of day and I am going to enjoy every minute of it. I am going to leave lengthy lectures on morality on their voicemails and I will lead them on by making them think I am interested in their products. I will also try to sell them something as well when they call me instead.

Have been in receipt of this calls for several weeks now, frequency increasing daily, yesterday 16+ calls on multiple phones lines/calling from a computer predictive dialer.  FCC wont help, FTC wont help, traced the calls, local police will not help.  I think I will get on a plane and go to AZ myself.

757-215-4132 called me multiple times now. I called this particular number back adn got an answering maching saying they were TKSI and all operators were busy, i left a message asking them to stop calling and it didn't help. The problem is they call and hang up every time. Hope this helps someone

do you subscribe to a newspaper?  I think this is a company that calls to check if you are happy with your subscription.

Have received 2 to 3 calls per day over the last 4 days.  Even though it's an AZ area code, the company is ID'd as Turn Key Solutions, which is an IT company based in Baton Rouge, LA.  Physical address is 6405 Quinn Dr., Baton Rouge, LA  70817; mailing address is listed as PO Box 87023, Baton Rouge, LA  70817.  I have had my attorney send them a nasty-gram on his corporate letterhead threatening them with severe litigation if it continues.

I've been getting at least 2 or 3 calls per day for the past 2 weeks. I'm on the national DO NOT CALL list, and apparently it doesn't matter to the caller.

This number calls me at least 5 times a day, even on Sundays.  When I answer, there is no one there and eventually the phone line disconnets.  This is absolutely annoying, especially since I work the night shift.

I get about 2 calls a day, 2-3 days a week from this number.  The caller ID only says Phoenix, AZ.  I am also on the national do not call list.  I don't have long distance on my land line and I'm not about to call back on my cell phone and have them start calling that number, too!!!

Report them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau as well as the Do Not Call Registry. They are the most annoying firm ever. They refuse to stop calling!

I'm in the Chicago area and get calls multiple times a day, 7 days a week. They want me to renew my subscription to the Chicago Tribune. Telling them, "No thank you does not stop them." Asking them to remove my name and number from their calling list also does no good. I finally reported them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. Every time they call I report them to the Do Not Call Registry.


EVERYONE needs to file complaints against them with the Arizona Better Business Bureau. You can do this online, EVERYONE needs to report them to the Do Not Call Registry EVERY time they call and request they be fined.  

Hopefully if the BBB and DNR receives enough complaints from enough people, something will be done.

I am getting calls for Turnkey Solutions too.  Only mine are coming from 707-238-5446.  I know, because I called them seveal times and got voicemail.  This time I and actually got in touch with a live person.  I told them my phone number was on the do not call registry and that they are to remove my number from their call list.  They agreed to do so.  Now, we will see if the calls stop.

They call every day and no matter how many times I let it ring, when I answer the phone, they just hang up - why bother calling people????

I am sooooo glad I googled and found this forum. I have received calls from Turnkey Solutions 602-942-0091 EVERY DAY for the past two weeks at exactly 5:45 pm. I live in Hawaii. The first couple of times, I picked up and no one answered. I just stopped answering. I was laughing so hard reading Mr. Niceguy's posts. He gave me some ideas on how to get back at these idiots who are creating an aggravating situation. Also, thank you very much to people who posted the websites to get me off the list.

Wow!  I am thrilled that I found your site.  I live in central Florida, and these bozos have been calling me for days.  Like you all, when I answer, there is dead air; not a dial tone, just an open line. Finally, after waking me one time too many, I did a search on the company and the area code.  The number they were calling from is 602-942-0091.  As far as I know, I am on the Do Not Call list.  If I find out that my numbers have not expired I will file a complaint and attach the link to this site.  This is a wonderful service.  At least we know we aren't alone.  Hopefully, we can hit them in the wallet.  Unfortunately, they will probably get smart and start blocking their identity.

I called TurnKey Solutions 82 times in the last week and hung up on them almost everytime.  A few times i would talk and let them know what I was doing and why. I called so much, that the 1-602-973-9535 number has been disconnected or reassigned a new area code.  NOW they are calling me from a new number.  You can call this number and get an operator...1-602-942-0091.  Everyone who reads this should call this number, just one time and give them a piece of your mind. I plan to call them 3-5 times a day sometimes hanging up and sometimes leaving nasty, I'm gonna sue for harassment messages.  It's funny to hear their response.  I can do this because all of my long distance is free and I live in Chicago.  Don't forget to use *67.

I've gotten a phone call from these people every day since the day that I got this number, which was 21 days ago.
Once I called them back an they answered and yes it was a telemarketing service. They were trying to sell me newspaper subscriptions.
They were supposed to take me off of their list.
I just tried calling them and even though they JUST called, it says that their number is disconnected.
In 10 days they will be violating the DO Not Call registry. Hopefully I can report them, then.

They called me @ 8:00 PM last night and hung up on me before I could say hello.

Use this link and register your number with the 'Do Not Call List'.  It takes 31 days before it is effective but it lasts for 5 years.  It only takes 2-3 minutes to complete.  Trust me it will same you some aggrivation in the future.
