You not only stop everything at once but collect at least $1k from them violating the rules they are breaking!   www.FightBackGetPaid.com Any questions give me a call...619-261-2237

Caller ID said 605 235 5532 "1st Premier Bank" but it is the same recording if I dial 877-635-2569. The man leaves a recorded message with an authoritarian tone and definitely tries to scare you into calling back. Well, after reading this _ I have nothing to do with this company.  I don't have a credit card (by choice). I will tell them NOT to call back and will report them to the highest authority and I will tell them this - as I am on the donotcall.gov list.

This is a number for First Premier Bank, they usually do high risk credit cards, etc. They will call if the card holder is late with a payment or with an overdue balance.
Hope this helps.

These idiots call my business for no legitimate reason; We, the people, have no choice but to fight back.  Block your Caller ID and call them back;  Ask them stupid questions and waste their time;  If we all work together, we can effectively launch a continuous telephone DOS (denial of service) attack; thus, costing this harassing company $$$$ by tying up their phone lines and occupying their mind-numbed zombie employees;  Also, if I were you, I would answer the phone when they call; this causes a telephone billing event to occur; then, just hang up.  Tell them you do not support their ACORN-like efforts.

Jessica Brown called to "help me".  Then, she called my office and I told her I couldn't recieve calls at work.  So, she proceded to try and get money from me.  I told her I didn't have my debit card and she said "That's ok.  I still have your checking account number."  She called me twice back to back on my cell phone before calling my office.  Is this legal?  Isn't this harrasment?

Elijah, I believe that you can contact the Federal Trade Commission @www.ftc.gov and report these pinheads for contacting you instead of your attorney. BTW, why doesn't your attorney take care of them by notifying them himself?

Also left an 866 number that doesn't pull up on my computer. Will call Mom for a repeat of number.

This company said they were Premier Financial asking for the name of a person that does not reside at our home. My mother gave her social by mistake. I'm praying it's legitimate but I can't find out anything else on the company.

I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy with this company, First Premier Bank Card, listed on it. They have been notified that bankruptcy is filed for the debt. They do not deny being notified and there is proof they have been. Federal laws state and provide prosecution for the act of that they can't contact, harass, pursue, and or have any communications in attempt to collect debt once bankrputcy is filed. It is a criminal act by federal law and this needs to be reported. I did not give this phone number out to them either. The number they called was only used to call them to make a payment one time and the phone number was not asked for by the creditor nor given to them by me. Only that I placed a call to them once with this number they called this morning. I just can't figure this out. But, they need to be reported and told not to call.
