they keep calling me telling me i owe on my store credit card. But that card was taken over by co********and i also pay this bill online directly to the store. so they shouldn't be calling me at all. When i do call to pay the bill on phone they say the company name is co*******. so i refuse to do business with wfn.

The way to end this kind of harassment is to notify the merchant that you will no longer give it your patronage due to the problems you have had with its credit servicing company. In the future, ask the merchant what company services their credit billing and, if it is this company, tell them that you not only don't want its credit card, you are not going to buy its product.

The person on the other end of the phone was short with me when I answered the phone, and she stated it was a "personal matter".  She of course mispronounced our name and my husband became upset and when she stated the call was going to be recorded he told her "no she wasn"t going to record his call" and he hung up.  Who makes calls regarding debts on a Sunday morning and also a holiday.

Yup - WFNNB.  In my case Pottery Barn (also Pottery Barn Kids, PB Teen).  Not anymore.  Cutting up the card.  Not going to put up with this harassment.

Asked for my wife but wouldn't talk to me. Wanted my name and SSN to "verify" who I was. At that point the conversation ended. I talked to my wife and she told me that she had just opened a new credit card with Ann Taylor Loft in order to save 20% (%#%#!!!) on a purchase and she was concerned that she hadn't received a bill. She called the customer service and confirmed that Ann Taylor loft was using WFNNB as their credit card servicing company. The agent looked up the account number and said that there was a late fee of $10 on a past due bill and that they had the wrong mailing address. He said that he would remove the late fee and a bill would be sent during the next billing cycle. While this sounds good I have zero confidence that this will be resolved that easily. In this economy the easy money is gone and everyone, especially financial institutions are looking to get money by hook or crook. By the time anyone reads this they will have already been scammed. Prevent future occurances by not opening new credit cards! The $10 you save could cost 10 times as much in the long run.

They have called me already 3 times today and it's Sunday!!! They call every morning at 8:30am and never leave a message! I don't owe anything on any credit cards that I have through Victoria's Secret or Anne Taylor Loft so I don't know why they keep calling!

This number calls from 8:10 am to right before 9pm and there is never anyone at the other end when you pick it up. I get migraines when I am jerked out of sleep by the phone ringing. If I wake up with a migraine at 4am, I am definitely NOT able to deal with jerks who call and hang up! I do NOT have an account with any of the listed businesses and I don't believe I am late on any account either.

These a**holes call 5-6 times a day for a person who does not live in my home...they have been advised of this and still they call. I can guarantee the 8:30 AM and 8:20 PM call is them. Many times the phoned will ring and IF receiver is picked up...there's no one there. This Company is nothing more than a bunch of f***ing clowns.

These people are unbeliveable!! As the other comments say WFNNB and ADS,also UNKNOWN CALLER are the same company. They just don't quit. I went off on them on Tuesday 9June2009. Calling for my daughter.No matter what you tell them they just don't get it. You would think there would be legal ways to stop them from harassing people.

These people are driving me crazy.  They call at least 10 times a day from different numbers.  I have phone calls from 6 different numbers from them.  I have NO idea why they continue to call.  I owe them $20 and not late on any payments!  I am paying the $20 on line now and cutting up any card that has to do with them.  This is ridiculous, I have never had a balance higher than $50 on their card. Times must be pretty desperate at WFNB!!

World Financial Network National Bank one of many numbers used, so that you cannot use your call block feature on your phone. Most call block features allow up to 12 entries, (*60 most companies)

If you have purchased anything from BRYLANE HOME, LANE BRYANT, VICTORIA'S SECRETS and there are others. they all go through WFNNB. The problem is you may or may not have used their credit service, but these people will hound you day and night. Sometimes without a number on the caller ID. Also you may see ADS or Reynoldsburg, OH. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Stop doing business with them. Tell others not to do business with them. Write to the court listed above with your complaint.
