You can ask them but they will continue calling you.  Call blocker is your best bet.

Can't file a lawsuit because they are located in India.

I also received a call from this tool and he threatened to put all my info on google and take $200 out if my bank account...   He also told me he would call me 1000 times...  Sam Watkins is what he called himself but I'm pretty sure that's not a common name in either India or Bangladesh where ever he was calling from with his magic jack

I am getting the same calls from this number as well, after doing some research I discovered that they obtained my information from when I applied for a payday loan online. You can ask them to take you out of their system.

A guy with an indian accent keeps calling me from 5 different california numbers asking about my loan application I filled out that I have never filled out. He knows my name, SSN, address and phone number?!?!! Who the hell is this guy!? How do I file a lawsuit against him?!
