From phone number 510-201-5631 which came up as Echosystems on my home phone's caller ID I got this same phone call .  I hung up when the woman started asking for more information on my family.  I'm glad I also looked it up here which confirmed I wasn't being too paranoid.  Every time I asked for whether or not there was any obligation on my end, the caller (Nicole/Sarah) said she would transfer me to confirm.  I should have hung up sooner.

I had the exact same experience with Nicole (aka Sarah). I was thinking, how dumb does she think I am, when she pretended to be Sarah. As soon as she asked for credit card information, I said that I was not comfortable, that I had no clue who her company is and how they had my phone number. She kept trying to convince me, saying that if any other charges came up on my credit card, the bank would immediately remove them and I would not be responsible. I couldn't believe how far she was willing to go to convince me if this garbage. At one point she said "the law is on your side. If you see any charges that you didn't agree to, the bank will remove them and you will not be responsible." I told her four times that I would not give her my credit card info and she was still arguing with me when I finally hung up. Soon after, I became angry and tried to call her back to confront her, but Everytime I dialed the number I got a busy signal or what sounded like a fax machine. The number that called me was (510) 201-5631 and my caller ID said it was from the East San Francisco Bay Area.

Same thing happened to me and I live in the Philadelphia area. Nicole and Sarah were reading their scripts and told me I provided valuable information for a survey I filled out, but hung up on me when I said I wouldn't go any further until they gave me the name of the survey. How do we bust these criminals?

Received the same phone call from 805-219-6040. She said her name was Nicole and her employee ID # was 258.   She said she was calling on behalf of Accredited Shipping Company and I had been selected to receive $100 gift card and a $50 food credit card.  She said she wanted to hand me off to another department and then she came back on acting like a different person.  To funny.  I knew this was a scheme from the begging, but wanted to know what was her handle.  I hung up afterwards.

I just received a phone call from Nicole# 258. The number she called from was 310-362-1825. The free merchandise and free $100 gift card and $50 dining card---- all this was suspicious to me and I did not give them any banking or credit card info . This call also came to my cell phone. How do we stop this!!!

I received a call on my home phone from Nicole (employee ID# 258) "Customer Service Rewards Co." asking me to verify the phone number. When I asked her who she was trying to reach, she said, " the owner of this phone number" and repeated the phone number. She offered to send me a free $100 shopping card and a $50 restaurant card package with some samples from their clients.  She said  I was "chosen" because of an app or survey I had downloaded or filled out.
This is a new phone number through Comcast and I have NEVER used it to fill out anything and I have never given it to anyone as I use Google Voice to route my calls.
She started to read through her script as I kept interrupting her to ask if this "package of samples" was free. She told me it was and said she was going to transfer me to  Sara to verify the information. She transferred me to Sara (sounded like the same person) to process the gift cards. When Sara came on the line she asked if any family members were diabetic so she could help select a restaurant that would be suitable. She then asked if we take medication daily in our household. I told her no to each of these questions.
By this time I had Googled the phone number and saw the many complaints about them. When I was asked to provide my birth date I refused and asked Sara if she was going to ask me for a CC number. She said yes and I asked her if she knew the definition of free. Told her free means no money and no credit card required. She said it was only a $1.95 charge and I asked to speak to her manager. There was a lot of silence, but I just kept waiting and finally a supervisor, Michael Parish with Accredited Shipping Company came on the line.
I explained to him I had been clear from the beginning of the phone call that I was not paying for anything and did not appreciate being lied to and was not comfortable giving my birth date information.
He told me that they were not the company who had originally called, they only handle the shipping of the packages. I asked him to repeat his name, phone number and company he worked for, and asked if he aware of the numerous scam complaints online regarding this phone number. He told me no. I told him to Google it for himself and that I was going to add my complaint to the list. He told me that he would investigate this call and put me on their do not call list.
It really pisses me off when something is offered for free and after wasting your time asks for a credit card or to fill out some sponsor offer. Free means no money is exchanged. It's false advertising and I am sick of it. Don't waste your time. I could not find anything online that said someone actually got this package that did pay for it.

Got a call from: 8052196035. Same as described, Nicole #358 tells you that you won a gift card and then transfers you to herself now Sara, who tries to get all sorts of info from you. When I called her out that she is a scammer, she hung up instantly. When I try calling the number back, it says the line does not exist. Stay away from this trap

I aslo got a call from a "just trained" Nicole (employee ID# 258) saying she was calling from Accredited Shipping Company,  and offering to give me a free $100 shopping card and a $50 restaurant card saying I was "chosen" because of an app or survey I had downloaded or filled out on my phone. the number was 951-266-5534 and on Caller ID registered as Echosystems. Nicole didn't wait for me to say anything but read through her script and promptly  transferred me to Sara (sounded like the same person) to process the gift cards. When Sara came on the line she asked if any family members were diabetic so she could help select a restaurant that would be suitable, she then asked if we take medication daily in our household. My, "Too Good to be True" radar was going off this whole time so when someone walked into the church office where I work I use this as an excuse to hang up.

No one had time to ask for my address or credit card info but probably because I hung up before they could but they kept saying that the rewards or gift package was tied to my phone number.

I received a call from accredited  Shipping company saying that I had been given a $100 gift card and a $50 restaurant card. Asked if there were any diabetics in household to help select useful restaurants.. Only $1 .95 charge for mailing them. I agreed to this and supplied required info. The kicker was when nmy AMEX card (wasn't accepted because not enough numbers..) She then wanted either Visa or MasterCard OR debit card infol!! I refused. They were supposedly going to call me back.
Now time to call FTC,AMEX and credit reporting agencies.. .

Same person, same accent. I asked what 'review' I could have done, and she said it was from one of their clients. I asked for a list of their "clients" and she changed the subject. Then I Googled "Accredited Shipping Company" and also found nothing. This link popped up, thankfully. I then asked if they had a website (legitimate companies will always have one) and she said no. This was the final red flag. I then told her no thank you, real companies have a website - this is fake. No company randomly gives out $150, let's be serious. Nicole, 358 (who also transferred me to herself) then said thanks and hung up.

Received call on my work and cell phones, which are not linked by my name in any way. Call from Nicole (employee ID 258) with "Customer Service Rewards Co." stating that they got my number from a survey I filled out (false). She transferred me to Tara (employee ID 38) at Accredited Shipping Co and they started asking for my information. Received many calls from this number on my cell phone.

That was the exact same thing that happened to me. I wrote down her name (Nicole #258). She then transferred to who sounded exactly like the same person using the name Sara...but it seemed to be a recording as she (it) quickly said they were "the accredited shipping company", "I'm sorry, I can't hear you. I might as well put down the phone." Then the call disconnected. I was never asked about my address or for a credit card, but probably just because they didn't get that far into the conversation with me. She said that I was "chosen" because of an app or survey I had downloaded or filled out on my phone. I looked up "accredited shipping company" but, as may others probably have found as well, there is no company with that name. There are shipping companies that are "accredited", but no "Accredited Shipping Company" company.

This place is a scam. They've called me twice, when I asked for their business liscense the lady just recited some BS from a pamphlet. Here's the kicker: the lady who called me said her name was Nicole employee 258, and transferred me to herself using a different name, Sara. I called her out on it and said I have u recorded she hung up on me.

Answered. They said they worked for, and I quote, the Accredited Shipping Company.

They offered to give a free $100 shopping card and a $50 restaurant card for taking a survey of some kind. They asked for my address.

To be honest, I didn't follow through with it. I thought it was suspicious. I'm nowhere NEAR the 619 area.
