I have got 4 calls in one day from this #. with all the phone scams going on i dont answer numbers i dont know. they want to talk to me leave a voice mail.

I have received a call from (623) 455-6250 3X in as many days.  No voice mail.

This caller just has music playing in the background. Never speaks. This has happened the last 3 weeks.

I'm assuming this is from an insurance company. I signed up to get car insurance quotes online...I DIDN'T ASK FOR 15 PHONE CALLS IN 2 DAYS!! I'm in a position where i can't answer/talk on the phone, but i can go online. Why not leave a simple message? "Hey, i have your quote i'll send it to the email address that you provided! I will never ever get insurance with these morons.
