Got a call from this in conjunction with another Bank of America number that sounded legitimate but had the wrong number (they were asking for an uncommon name that certainly wasn't mine). Probably legitimate, but as usual, if you suspect something is up, you're better off calling the number on the back of your card, not returning any calls or giving any information out over the phone for an incoming call.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ANSWER THESE CALLS. JUST LET IT RING. EVENTUALLY THEY WILL STOP CALLING. IF YOU LET YOUR CURIOUSITY GET THE BEST OF YOU, THEN YOU ARE JUST BEING STUPID AND DESERVE WHAT HAPPENS.....I.E.: LOSS OF ID, LOSS OF MONEY, LOST OF CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER. My caller ID says it's Bank of America. They don't leave a message. They've called 4 times today. I guess I may as well as answer and tell them I'm not interested in whatever they want me to sign up for.

It's 'bank of america' supposedly, according to my caller id, but they seem to call multiple times throughout the day...pretty unecessary
