Ticket #7388 my dad has been deceased since April 1st, 2010 so I don't know why I would receive this. I believe someone we used to know may be using his identity

I got a message from this number  twice today. Some Steve left a message about a finance. I couldn't understand much.
Therefore, I was checking on internet that phone number. Had a feeling it was a scam.

Get this call every other day stating something about local municaplities and it is urgent that you call ray hall.It is very annoying and want it to stop

I've been reciving calls from this number ( 1-630-396-2830 ) for many years now. I've made several attempts to contact them at a vary of different hours of the day and night with no luck besides getting a voice mail. I had recently found "Ray Halls" information

disable the voice mailbox. after all, caller ID will show, and then you can call back. bonus;1/2 as many calls (one to your message service,one to your caller)

Received a call from 630-396-2830 saying it's an important business matter dealing with my local municipality and to call "Ray Hall" back ASAP.

I have been receiving a daily spam and unwanted call from this number for over a year. This is the message I get:

Hi, This is TCS regarding a personal business matter. We require your attention. Please call (630) 396-28-30. This is not a solicitation but it is urgent and we need to speak to you.

Yesterday I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Any "alleged debt" owed on timeshare maintenance fees will be discharged in federal bankruptcy court. I say "alleged debt" because any timeshare sold by misrepresentation of the truth is void.  Today I received another robocall from Sonnenschein Financial Services about "a personal business matters which requires your immediate attention". I was angry. I called SFS and told the lady collector to stop all robocalls since Chapter 7 was filed. I gave her my name and account number. I do not know the case number from federal court. I told her my lawyer's name. I repeated I want the phone calls to stop. The operator said I was not being cooperative with her, then she mentioned that "I owe a debt". I told her I do not owe a debt. Chapter 7 was filed. She rudely hung up.

SFS needs to understand that once Chapter 7 is filed all collections activities must cease by FEDERAL LAW. No robocalls. To tell me I owe a debt after I stated Chapter 7 was filed is an attempt to collect on that debt which is a violation of the Chapter 7 stay on all collections.

I am waiting to see if I get another robocall tomorrow.

They called several times very very annoying. Is there a way to stop this robo call. I think  they feel happy overflowing one's VM. No answer when called back.

I've been getting these calls repeatedly for the past week.  When I call back I get a voice machine asking me to leave a message.  It's very annoying.

That is the updated website for this company.  It looks like municipalities in IL use them to collect on debts as well as other businesses.  To verify who you are, they make you leave a voicemail confirming the telephone number as well as your name and other details you are "willing" to provide since you are the one leaving the voicemail.  Shady tactic they use but legal if you are willing to leave the information.

I am not obligated to leave a voice message since they only asked me to return their call.

I will be reporting them as well for shady business practices and repetitive calls for no specific reason.

As I stated in my comment, Illinois statute 925.92 states when a registered letter is sent to the company stating DO NOT CALL, by law they have to abide by this law. Also make sure a receipt request is asked for so if the calls don't stop, you can contact the Attorney General's office. Oh yes, they are allowed (1) call after receiving your request letter.

I have been receiving recorded messages from this place for a number of years.  The name of the company and recorded message have changed 3 times, but it's always Ray Hall calling me with "a personal business matter that requires your immediate attention."

I refuse to call the number back, so the calls have kept coming.  I finally found the company's information:

I plan to send them a certified letter threatening legal action if they do not stop calling.

Collection agency that routes you directly to voice mail when you try to return their call. With a couple of # and 0s entered you can access their voice mail box system and get a listing of everyone's voice mailbox name and numbers.

Including a couple of different company alias voice mail boxes.
