It is time to go down to your local police department and file a harrasment complaint and then go to your local court and file against them. You have papers to prove you paid it off so they lose.

these people are crazy calling people at all our of the night.  I got woke up at 12:59 am with them calling. I did not answer the phone.  I have never heard of this company.   I reading the other post and I see they call you at all times of the day even very early morning hours.  I am on the no list call. They have no pride. oh and of course they do not leave a message. So my suggestion is do not answer the call and especially for people you do not know.

I looked at an offer from Western Sky. I filled out about half of the application and stopped. Within a few minutes they were calling me! I hadn't even completed the application! lol! I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

I'm not sure why I received this call. Time of call was 5:58pm. There was a single ring and then they hung up (no message).

Got a call from this number and told them Ralph was not here and would not be back for a long time.

Called at 3:15 am and left message that I had an application in.  Never even heard of this company and only go to legit banks, not these ripoff joints.  Sad.

Its from westernsky loans they are a scam borrow $1000 amd have to pay back $4500 and you cant even file bankruptct on their 245% apr

called me claiming i owed a payday loan. I do not . refused to identify themselves will not answer any call that will not give the proper information . these people just take advantage of trying to scare people

Why me?  Didnot finish and get this call on my cell phone and no message.  I lam poor and would like a small loan and clear up some stuff under one low monthly payment as I live on a low fixed disability income.

Cash call - I was going to apply for a loan, but when I got to the end, I realized how expensive it would be so I didn't submit the application.  Very strange that they called me anyway.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

they called me trying to sell a loan to me.  Weird

I didn't even finish filling out the form and someone started calling me from 949-752-4600. They are a advance loan place.  That's kinda scary that I didn't complete the process and they were already calling.  Maybe they can tell when you get online to fill the form out.

I THINK ITS FROM AN ADVANCE PAYDAY LOAN PLACE BCUZ WHEN I FINISHED FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION TO BE APPROVED FOR A LOAN, I WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS DEBT, BUT THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS NUMBER CALLED MY BRANDNEW PREPAID CELL PHONE! I DIDN'T PICK UP, NO MINS WERE WASTED. I DIDN'T KNOW WHO THAT WAS! I NEVER GAVE THAT NUMBER OUT YET! I HAD JUST BOUGHT IT .

You can stop calling me as I will not answer.  They debt is in collection and being dealt with.

I paid off this loan after it went to settlement with a company called Delbert.I stopped paying them after 30 months and 6300 dollars later for a $2500 loan.When I called them for a payoff they said it would be 2400 so I told them we were done.Initially after a few months they lowered the payments to half of what I was paying but said I would be paying for additional 3 yrs which would be another 3300 dollars so when I told them it was unacceptable and to take me to court they sent it to a collection company which (they own) and in 6 months at < 200 mo I was able to reach a payoff agreed amt of 1200 (still too much with what they already had collected but better than previous) SO I paid it off and now they are calling me saying I still owe them the difference even though I have the papers that says I have paid as agreed and paid in full.I keep telling them to stop hassling me but they are still calling at least every 2 weeks
