I contacted Four Seasons Sunrooms a week ago via their website requesting information on an enclosed porch screen/window configuration, this number has called me at least 2-3 times a day since, without leaving a message, and until now I never connected the two. I do not answer calls from numbers I'm not familiar with or out of state. The number shows no company, but does show "New York" so - no. My numbers are already on the Do Not Call list and that has done no good for stopping repeated scam calls.

I have repeatedly received phone calls from this number. They refused to place an actual voice message as to why they are calling me and are clogging my voicemail with pointless, blank messages. I want them to stop calling me as I have no use for their phone calls.

Received a call yesterday at 2pm and no message. We are in the middle of getting a patio cover installed and I believe one of the companies we had give us an estimate was owned by "four seasons." Guess Im on their list too. I reply again if I can figure out how to stop this...

I have received 4 calls since last night at 7 pm. No message; what business does that? Just requested a catalog. Looks like I need to block the number.

I have called four seasons 5 times to be removed from their list. I've also emailed them many times. Yet, they still keep calling me. I am on the national do not call list as well.

Blow an airhorn every time they call. It works :) See the difference:
Called: 12 May 2008
Next time they Called: 15 November 2009
Keep doing this until they stop.

In my case I actually want a sunroom off my new house. Got a little weirded out when the caller and the consultant I was transferred to kept asking if there was a Mr. in the house and if I was the sole owner. When I asked why they needed to know, they said "the more people involved in the design process, the better the outcome." I actually agreed to a free design consultation and quote...and they never showed up!

Oh no I just wanted a magazine I indicated no calls ... And now the calls have just begun!!! Will they ever stop calling me? Or am I going to have to change my phone number? I have alreday had 2 calls so far today!! I don't even own a home I was just dreaming of having a sun room in my future home and wanted a magazine... When I do finally own a home I will not use this company to build my sunroom just because of the harassing phone calls!!

If you want the calls to stop permanently just call your congress person and ask for help. They will respond quickly and (in my case) the calls stopped immediately. Who says the government can't help?

Got a call today while I was in school but didn't answer. I don't know what to do?

Asked for e-mail information, not phone calls.
Bugged 2009-07-13 23:16:25 Unknown
They keep calling and leave no messages. I have never asked for any information. Caller ID says its Four Season Group
Les 2009-02-13 02:57:52 Unknown
My recommendation in the National Do Not Call list. This can be used for cell phones as well and you never have to renew or register once you have registered. THEN - you have any annoying callers legally. Simply mention you are registerd on the Do Not Call Registery and they SHOULD leave you in peace!
Les 2009-02-13 02:54:43 Unknown
Received a call from this number and my AT&T caller ID indicated it was a New York Number.

I requested info online once for a sunroom and now they keep calling trying to get a sale. In this bad economy everyone is desparate for any chance at a sale they can get.

I've asked these guys to quit calling me a MINIMUM of 8 times. I moved from Florida to California, so now they call my mobile phone at 6AM, CA time.
The time before last, when I said, "Please! I've asked you guys at least 8 times to quit calling me" the person disconnected me. So, I called their corporate office and left a message with their Consumer affairs voicemail... asking to be put on their Do Not Call list, then I called their call center, asked for (and was given, amazingly) the name of their President, and I used their company director to leave HIM a message advising what happened and asking to be removed from their calling list, and... unbelievably, I WAS JUST CALLED, AGAIN!!!
Isn't this illegal? It certainly is harassment!
