Same here always hang up. Did call back & it says it's a lo-Jack unassigned number.

Got a call from a male who said he was from fidelity home mortgage, and pressed for financial info.  He tried to get a third party on the phone with me "a specialist."  when I told him i wasn't interested he hung up abruptly.  No thank you or goodbye.  Sounds like a scam to me.  Don't ever give any financial info out to anyone calls you.

Just received a call from that number!  Stop it and stopped it by blocking. It and then they use a different number...but, ifI do not recognized thes area code, I just block....good luck

This is now a "Magic Jack" number, which according to Wikipedia is:

This allows the user to make unlimited phone calls to U.S. and Canada. I picked up the call and heard empty space. I called back and the voice mail box was full. Annoying!

I'm not about to call this number back.  Don't know anyone in NY and haven't applied for anything nationally.

Just dead air when answered.  I've never had a Macy's card.

They're at it again!  After not receiving a call from this number in a few months, they've been calling just about everyday at the same time (when I'm at work!).  Enough is enough; I'm reporting this number...again.  What is it with these people?  My phone number is not associated with any business/credit card/finance, etc.  So what is it, are they're cold calling everyone?

Missed the call but cell phone kept signalling that I'd missed a call.  Looked at "recent calls missed" and saw that number; Googled it and found this site.  Thank you.  I once had an account at Bon Marche, which became Macy's.  Maybe they think I'm still a customer.  Thanks again!

What's a Google Voice # ? I'd love to be able to block a lot of callers like these.

Someone using this number has called my cell phone 3 times in the last week never leaving a voice mail, I do not pick up if I do not recognize the caller...It's got to be a scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Macy's is probably just ONE of their clients. It's a telemarketing company according to posters here who tried calling back.

Calls no one there

Need to stop calling; this is a security company and phone lines need to be open to emergency calls. We are on a do not call list

I called the number back.

"You have reached the National Marketing Company, if you would like to be removed from our database please leave your number including area code."

It then says, "Sorry the mailbox can no longer accept any messages."

Then hangs up.

I got "Brian from ECH Mortgage".  I don't have a mortgage.  Hung up.

Got 2 calls, called  back, message said  "You have reached a national marketing company. If you'd like to be removed from our database, please state your number including area code." And right after that another message came on, "  Sorry, but the user's mailbox can't accept more messages."

Got a call from 631 865 9639 no one was on the other end. Number keeps calling

they call 3-4 times a day (631-865-9639) and hang up when I answer

Called and reported this company/phone number to the National Do Not Call service. If you're number is not on the NDNC list, I suggest you do so. Their # is 888-382-1222. You can call and report any number even if you are not registered on the NDNC list.

I have rec'd calls from this number numerous times over the last few weeks:
12/18/12 - once
1/8/13 - once
1/21/13 - once
1/29/13 - once
1/30/13 - twice
1/31/13 - twice

Never once have I answered the calls, nor has there been a message once the calls went to voicemail. Quite annoying.

Rec'd three calls from this number. No message. Sickening.

I called the number back and there was a voice mail stating something to the effect of "if you would like your number removed from our marketing list, leave it after the tone!"  or course a computerized voice then comes on and says that there is not enough room to leave a message and to call back later.  So frustrating b/c they call at least a couple times a week!!!!  lame!

I got a call from this number while I was on a conference so Iet it roll to voicemail.  After reading all the comments here, I'm glad I did.  And of course no voicemail was actually left.
