looking at past reports of this scam, it has been going on for a YEAR. Check your statements, close your account and get a new number. I think this must be an internet scam. We should all get PayPal I guess!

SCAM is correct...Electricity World is a scam. They add a charge of 29.95 to debit cards. Best to check backwards and keep an eye on future transactions 281 306 1170 company #--says it is not in service. This might be happening to many people who use the internet for purchasing. CHECK your STATEMENTS---this company is a big time SCAM.

I had a charge posted to my checking account by electricsworld.com. They were able to access my account. Had to cancel my card. Remember, electricsworld.com. It's a scam.

Another one here. Vague message about a card, New York number to call. This is on a work phone: Never associated with any card. Haven't called the number, but sure smells like a scam.

Same happened to me as William. I called just to put fake information and sure enough it is a scam.
| Chris 2012-11-26 00:38:41 Unknown |
Same as William above. I don't have a card though so pretty damn sure it's phishing.

Just received an SMS text message telling me that my card has been stolen or cloned and to call this number before using. Sounds like a scam, since they didn't tell me what card and the email address that it is from is "sms@alert.com," which does coupons and such
