Same thing.

Call display only showed number. I picked up and got dead air before a disconnect.  As there were no records on this site, I called back. Got a recorded msg saying only that they were a survey firm and would call back. No id for the firm on either call display or their msg. By law, they are required to ID themselves on call display.
