Just had a strange encounter with these folks.  I, too, get hang up calls from them.  When I called back, I told the gal who answered for IC Systems that I get calls on my switchboard all day long from her company.  I told her that if she could tell me, from my company's phone #, who they were trying to reach, I would give her that person's direct line.  Sure enough, she typed in my company's main # and gave me the name of one of our employees.  I then gave her one of our very seldom used fax #s instead of his direct line and she confirmed she changed it in the system.  She never took my name and I don't know if changing the # erased the original # they had, but I think this might slow them down for awhile, if not stop them completely.  I'm very surprised how smoothly it went, but, then again, she was under the impression that she was getting info to help her collect money, so she fell for it hook, line and sinker!

This number has been calling my place of business multiple times a day for the past week. They usually just hang up when you say hello, but today they asked for someone who doesn't work here. Any suggestions on how to get them to stop?

This number calls several times a day, rings only once and never leaves a message.  It is very irritating.  Anyone know who is doing this?

651 204 1374 keeps calling me asking for Ricky. I keep telling them no one here by that name. Sometimes there is silence.

I received a call from this number saying: "I will kill you, I, I, I will kill you..."

Yeah these %#&$@*s kept calling me recently too not leaving messages and hanging up on me and I finally called them back. Turns out the person they were trying to contact is in some kind of collections for not making their payment or what not and had nothing to do with me. Hopefully it will stop but I am sure now that they have my name and # it will continue until "I will have to hunt down the company and kill them all". This has to do with programmed phone computers and slave computers designed to drive the owner of the phone # insane until they pay their bills & so that they dont have to pay people to make these incessant calls. Many phone computers are designed in this all as well to create nonblockable #s that are out of state as well as out of the country! Delt with this before and got smart. I started calling, taking notes and researching the companies and got up the line of protocol and called the company back. As A stay at home MOM I have that kind of time! Yeah Right! They can eat my $#!7 and die!

This number along with others in the same area code/prefix were calling me all day long even on Sunday.  I wish I would have thought to put them on a silent ring tone before I changed my phone number. They are crazy and creepy!  They call and ask for someone like they are a buddy or they know you really well, then it connects you to a pushy bill collector.  They all sound like ghetto losers.

WaMu via IC Systems..55 calls in 19 days. I made arrangements to pay a specified amount by the 8th of each month to cover the current monthly payment. They said after 4mos of on-time payments, my account will revert back to WaMu and I can deal with them to cover the remaining balance. (we'll see!) I was nice and told them why my pmts haven't been made...our desperate (yet failed) attempt to help save our home from foreclosure! They were super-nice to me after realizing I actually had a decent reason for the late payments to WaMu, and noted it on my account. No calls since then! *word of warning..this number WILL be answered promptly by a real person if you call it back! I did insist they tell me who they were calling on behalf of before I gave them any info though.

This company must have dope being pumped into the ventilation system. 651-483-8201 is the corporate switchboard. Return the favor of a call and ask for the people below by name. Tell them it's an urgent business matter. Bill Debacker is the new VP of communications. All should call him and congradulate him personally on his new job.

I just got a new phone number and this 651-204-1374 has been calling me like 3 and 4 times a day. Of course I haven't answered cause I don't know the number but decided to look them up and that's when I found this site.

They've been calling me ever since I went delinquent on my WaMu card...this was AFTER WaMu sent me a letter saying that I had brought my account current. My minimum payment increased by $40.00 after my account was brought current...then the late fees and over-limit fees kicked in...for every $80.00 I send them, about $2.00 of it goes to reduce the balance. Yeah, I'm way off topic and rambling, but anyway, it's WaMu trying to get their $$$.

Have had similiar problems w/this company.No message, no answer, repetitive calls. While I do have a past due acc. with wamu like some others mentioned they have not held up to there promised so i'm done sending them money and wasting my time arguing with there customer service reps, not to mention I'm only past due because the idiots didn't collect on a payment I have confirmation of setting up (no one to blame but themselves!)

i am getting phone calls too from that company every day, like 6 times a day. i have a record in a notebook of 27 different numbers calling me every day. so i have my cellphone in "silent" mode, i never answer it. i am us army veteran, i went to afghanistan last year, and i dont have money to pay now, because i quited the army just after my return. so i am not paying. they can keep calling all that they want, i am not answering. they can swallow my Dick's sweet cream. i was fighting in afghanistan for keeping their stinky a**es f***ing free in this side of the world. so dont f*** with me.

I get about 20 calls a day from overseas collection call centers, but this one was different.  Instead of getting a recording for WaMu/Providian, this number brings you to a live person.  The first agent immediately disconnected when I asked her what company it was, but the second verified that it was "IC Systems."  For a change, this was an American-sounding woman (I'm so sick of these Indian guys with their fake American names). She said that they could make the calls stop if I told her what number it was, but I decided it was my turn to disconnect and note the information here instead .  I'll just assign the number a silent ringtone like I do with all the dozens of other numbers that hound me around the clock.  I guess WaMu finally sold my delinquent account because they weren't satisfied with less-than-minimum payments.  Too bad because if they hadn't done this to me, I planned to pay their account in full with my income tax refund.  Now they can go to hell with the other banks who torture me day and night.

Oh, my gosh these people are A#$@$%%^^$#!!! This guy said that they needed payment in full for past due amount. I said I did not have the money. Then he says well can you borrow it from anyone. I said no and that is none of your business. I then told him that I could not pay until January and I could only pay $25.00 a month. He told me I could not do that and it went on and on. Then he said he was just going to put in my account that I refused to pay. I told him I was not refusing to pay I just could not pay anything at this point. He really pissed me off so I hung up on him and I will never answer a call from them ever again. SUCH JERKS!!!!!!!!!

I received 3 calls from them even after I told them about the money coming out of my checking account.  They told me they would continue to call until the payment was received.  I told the men and the "team lead" Kay that I wouldn't lie about money coming out of my account.  She still insisted I make the payment before she would hold the call.  She refused to give me a mailing address - But I'm going to file my AG complaint anyway.  I don't believe they should be able to call at least in the state of PA - after a payment arrangement for 7 days.

now i know this people trough comments thanks for this web,its always wamu no wonder they were the first ever in the news about the biggest ever stupid because of the way they handle people they are a shame to America. i have account with them all these years i paid on time and more than minimum but the other month i had an emergency but before my due date i sent them a letter that i will be late and please dont charge me late fees,you know what i got a nasty letter that they will report me to credit b and APR of 28% AND LATE FEES PLUS DOUBLE THE PAYMENT SO NOW COULDNT even afford it.no payment made at all.this calls made me sick already do isell my house just to pay them to stop ??

I have been getting this calls for last few days on my VOIP phone ( I use Lingo). So I logged in to Lingo and forwared all calls from this numers to the same number. So when they call, the call will go right back to them. BTW, I have an active WAMU credit card account with $0 balance, so dont see why they will be calling me.

CALLER JUST CALL AND WHEN SOMEONE ANSWER THE LINE THE CALLER HANGS UPS THE PHONE WHEN THE CALL IS BEING RETURN BACK TO THAT NUMBER NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE

They keep calling my cell phone several times a day, asking for a gentleman I've never heard of.  Getting annoying as it's my during my office hours when they call.

I DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING!"  Drives them crazy..... when you have the time
