ICC Systems is a collection agency calling to collect a debt. If they are calling you, you might want to check if someone's opened a card under your name.

they call me everyday. same time. but when i called back it said it would send me to a representative. i just hung up. it's getting annoying.

I have been getting this number on my cell phone twice a day. So much for being on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

they call all day, night times. I can belived this company hasn;t got a stop. They need shut this company down. What kinds of company calls all day ..

Calls my cell phone 2-8 times a day. I'm not paying for that!!!  Never leaves a message!   I called the number back and got "Please wait for the next available representative"!!!!!  I don't think so!!!!

Calls me at least 7 times a day and I answer to a computer who puts me on hold.  I have no idea which company it is because they put me directly on hold even when I call back.  It also is costing me money and minutes on my cell phone because its long distance and during peak hours.  I would really appreciate the calls to stop.

I do not know who this is.......however, I do not answer calls that I don't recognize.

They keep calling me and calling me....sometimes 6 or more times a day....when I tried calling THEM to fine out who it was I listened to "elevator" music for 5 minutes but didn't get to speak to anyone....Better Business Bureau or the FCC is my next move.

This number is a collection agency who you may owe debt to. You may have forgotten about a certain bill that hasn't been paid for awhile. Well, they're calling to collect! I.C. Systems Inc. is the name of the company. Trust me it's better to answer the call and work with them rather than having bad credit.

Calls me all the time asking for someone I have never herd of.  Tried every options it does nothing.

THIS NUMBER CALLS AND CALLS AND CALLS ME AN NEVER EVER LEAVES A MESSAGE!! WHEN I ANSWER IT SAYS TO CONTINUE TO HOLD AND THEN HANGS UP.  WHO IS THIS AND HOW DO I MAKE IT STOP??CALLS NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, ETC.,

It is a collection agency. Some of the collection specialists are a**holes, but there are some really nice ones there too.

Calls three to four times a day never leaves a message, I never answer because I have had problems with this number before.  Last guy who had this phone must have been a real delinquent.  I am really getting sick of these calls though.

I have been called numerous times from this phone number and I have called them and they will do nothing about it. I complained several times on the do not call list but have heard nothing from them either

Got first call again this day and they asked for me by name..and then it went blank....what is this about..my service is thru Verizon

the number above comes up on my cell four to five times a day everyday. I pick up ones but there is no answer. Is there anything that can be done to stop this people? I don't have the option of blocking them

Got a call looking for "Susan". I told the rep that they got the wrong number and asked her to remove my number from their list. She hung up. Then I start to receive calls from the number everyday! Many of the calls are even in early morning and late night!!

They keep calling and calling all times of the day and night.  How do I get them to stop.

THis number calls my cell ohone at all times of the day several times a day, and WILL NOT STOP CALLING!!!!!!!

I get calls from number 651-204-1395 numerous times a day! They request to speak to a James Spanbauer.  When I inform them that they are calling the wrong number they immediately hang up.  Then call back with in an hour or so.  This happens on a daily basis and MUST STOP!  
When they call again I will as what company they are calling from!

This morning I got a call from 651-204-1347 looking for an annette or her husband. I told this number that I didn't know anybody by that name with my cell number. They then asked me if there was another number where she could be reached. HELLO??? I don't know anybody by that name this number is mine and not hers now!!!! Is what I wanted to tell them.
An hour later I get the call from 651-204-1395 and no one answered they hung up right away.
I called them back and talked to a live operator and the first time I got hung up on.
The second time I had to explain several times, that I never knew the person that they are looking for and that the number i have for my cell is a new number to me.
Finally she got it and told me she removed my number from the system but it would take 24 hours for the number to be removed.

I have started getting calls from this annoying number. I will not answer. They need to leave a message so I will know who it is, instead they just keep calling. STOP.

This number calls more than three times a day.  It is I.C. systems, Inc. -- i looked it up on the internet and it seems to be a collection agency.  If you call back they do have a secretary that answers.

2 calls yesterday one at 4:0 pm and one at 7:56 pm on my cell.  This has been going on for a couple of weeks.  No message is left and when I call back, there is an operator telling me to please hold for the next available person. VERY ANNOYING!!!!
