Received a call on my Verizon wireless cell phone from this # at 12:30am last night. I let it go to voicemail and upon playing message, just heard voices in the background.

This is the 4th or 5th time in the last 18 months that we have received a call like this...ALWAYS late at night. I think the number is different but the area code is always 659.

Given the other complaints/reports I've seen on here, there is obviously something strange going on. I am calling verizon wireless to register a complaint. Each of you who've had this issue should also call your land-line/cell carrier to register a complaint as well so that we can get to the bottom of this and not be awoken in the middle of the night.
