Who is this from?

Received a call from an agent Roberts, regarding my son, was given a case #, an extension, when my son called back, no one picked up.  Who are these people.

My husband rec'd a call from Agent Fox as well. They wouldn't provide info because we didn't have the same last name. He wouldn't discuss the matter.

Did you ever find out who this was?
