701 557 9074 called for a deceased person!

Someone called about a job in afghanistan, said it was a government job. They said they would recomment me for the job and I would hear from them tomorrow. Been scammed on something like this before.. leary about this one.

Keeps calling but not saying anything and the hangs up.

Anyone know who this is?  Calls about once every six months or so.
