They just called me, Caller ID  shows Service Message, automated message 1 - to find out about lowering interest rate on my credit cards- option 2 to be removed did not work and phone hung up.

I called back and got another message, telling me to press 1 to be put on their do not call list- said it would take up to 72 hrs. guess we'll see if it works

It worries me that they practically identified themselves as one of my credit card companies but did not clearly state where they were calling from. This could really confuse someone to give up information.

The people on the other end of the line are trying to get personal and credit information from you - DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY INFORMATION! CALL THE NUMBERS LISTED ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.

Caller ID for #(702)520-1256 says Gamma Industries. Did a google search and found a number of companies with this name. Call your phone company and ask for how to info for blocking unwanted calls. Have a nice day!!!

Recieved a call from the same number.  Caller ID Gamma Industries.  Looked it up while it was ringing and obviously did NOT pick up the phone.

This same number just call me and when I told them that they called me on my cell phone the hang right up!!!

Received a call from this number this evening. Rang twice and hung up.  Good.

i just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  my cell phone number isn't anywhere that anyone could get it.  i've not given it to anyone but friends and family for texting.

Credit card counseling service to lower interest rates. They called our 800 number at work. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative I asked for what name is the number they called listed under. They promptly hung up with no answer.

This is a "credit counseling" company that routinely changes their name/number to avoid prosecution. They leave multiple automated messages each day. If you follow the prompts to speak with a live person, they will hang up on you as soon as they realize you are not a gullible caller.
