This is a nuisance number. I have blocked it. Perhaps you can do the same

I have never donated yet they like to call me especially when I don't want to be called: Shabbat morning! Never call me again! I hate being called on the Sabbath! Companies need to observe the Sabbath NOT make it their prime day for business!

I keep getting calls from this number. Has anyone engaged the NSA to stop these calls?

Solicitation for donation. I didn't pick up. But I called back from different line and had the automated system(Press 2 for removal) remove my number.

Fifteen calls so far this year (22 last year). Always shows as "Arlington Va." Seldom leaves a message, but occasionally a man's voice asks, "Is Angela there?" She is my daughter, who hasn't lived here in about seven years.

The menu options have changed, but it is still possible to have your number removed from their list.

Caller asked for me by my first name.  When I asked who was calling, he replied, 'Is this ____?'  When I asked again who was calling, caller hung up.  How annoying!

Maybe that works for you, but I'd like to see a higher percentage of my money going to surgeries and less to overhead.

. . .and the calls continue. Six calls in the past five days. Time to add them to the blocked list. We never answer unknown out of state calls (especially from the DC area). Hard to imagine a legitimate charity would call multiple times per week for literally years with no response.

I called and pressed "0" as suggested. Then entered my telephone number. The system stated that I will be placed on their do not call list within 48 hours. Sure hope this works!  Thanks for the tip :)

I'm getting about 3-5 calls/day.   I never pick up.

On the verge of harassment as many times as they call. I gave years ago, and I mean years if it's Operation Smile. I mean, this is ridiculous.

Some of you people aren't reading all the posts or you would have solved the problem. Just like Frank said on the 1st page. Call the number back..hit opition '0' enter your ph# and they take you off the list.

They called almost everyday without leaving any messages.  

Keeps calling at rediculious hours of the night (last night @ 12 am!) never leave a message. Claimed to be Cigna Health Insurance but couldn't answer even a basic question.

Operation smile calls all the time am on do call list

My caller ID says it's Operation Smile.  I pick up & hang-up immediately.  It may be a legit. organization, but they're constant robo-calls (EVERY DAY for the last couple of mos.) have killed any thoughts of my contributing.  To Operation Smile - get a clue and stop the calls!

got same as all the folks above but the next time they wont like me.   i got a small whistle  that wen  i get these calls i just blow it into the phone . it upsets their automated calling system.  works fine on all the other calls i get from other area codes that say private name.   if i get it again they will have no ears or system left.  i dont give  my hard earned $ to a buhch of  scamers.   try it folks it works 4 me.  no ,more calls from the other area codes.

Thanks for the info.  They call at least 3 times a day and leave no message.  There is no caller id on my cell.

I just got a call which I will add to my block list.  I will now get no ring but will get a list of blocked calls on my phone.

You can block 250 numbers plus kill the one ring that existed on earlier models that only allowed 30 blocked numbers.
The one handset model sells for $70 at Amazon.

They were calling at least a couple of times a day for a week or two and then stopped a few days ago.  They don't leave a message.   Then they called again this morning and I answered the phone.  Once the guy confirmed my first name he hung up.  Strange.  Anyway, I'll know not to answer again, and eventually they will give up.  They always do.

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number.  I looked up the toll-free number for Operation Smile and started calling them (blocking my number) and harassing their people.  They finally changed their inbound telephone system to not accept blocked call.  At least it was fun while it lasted.

I have been getting calls from this number with increasing and annoying frequency on my cell phone which I seldom use because I get a weak to nonexistent signal at home.  However these people seem to sniff out the brief gaps in service and invade my privacy.  Why would I send money to an organization that will only use it to hound me on the telephone and stuff my mailbox with further demands for money along with booklets and four color printed materials and enthusiastic recommendations from film stars?
