I keep getting calls from  703-866-0844.  They never leave a message on
the answering machine.  Caller ID  shows:  FREE ENTERPRIZE.
Who are these people?

I got the same strange number on my phone 2!!! ??? what does it mean???

To my understanding 703-866-0844 is a survey and they call my house daily!  I am on the Do Not Call List and it's very irritating that they can call because they are considered "exempt".  Even if you ask them to take you off their call list, they still call. I have reported them to the FTC even though they are exempt from the DNCL.  I urge everyone to do the same!

This company calls at least 3 times per week when I am at work, and shows up on the caller ID when I get home.  On my day off they called again, but I know not to answer it.  I love caller ID!  And I will NEVER do surveys of any kind.

Why are people allowed ti harass people and get away with it. The public gets in trouble for harassing. And these people get away with it. I am also on the the do not call registry,I get calls every day. I feel like something should be done. This is rediculose.

This is the fifth time in 2 days these people have called. Everytime I answer I'm disconnected. The Do Not Call List is just a waste of time.
Someone should get the owner of this outfits home number and call him every minute of the day.

The S.O.B.'s continue to call/Harass, the part that P's me off the most is that the DNC Feds do nothing about it.

It is a link to someone ripped off by this company.  Keep logging your complaints.  It will make a difference eventually.

These a**holes keep calling me too!  I also am on the Do NOT CALL REGISTRY and I have told them NUMEROUS TIMES to remove me too!

I get calls from this number at least once a day and the thing is it only rings once or twice and then they hang up.  I finally decided to look up the number and found an unbelievable ammount of people that are annoyed by them.  I wish there was something we could do but from what i hear many have tried and none have succeeded.

Yet another victim of these twits ... likely the probing of some PAC funded front claiming to be a non-profit or polling "institute".

My first inclination is to answer the calls and start feeding them disinformation!

They call my cell phone several times a week, but there's never anyone there when I answer. Calling them back just gets a full answering machine. VERY ANNOYING!!!!

I am so sick of the number calling me and not leaving a message. I am disabled and can't get to the phone, that is why I have caller ID. So I googled it today to see who it is and then called them on my cell phone to tell them this is harrassment and to stop calling this number. I talked to the phone company and they said I can call the police dept. and file harrassment charges on this company for all 6 calls a day! I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AS WELL... Like that worked! I also have call block, so I will just have to block this number after I have my words with the company...

I get at LEAST one call from this number EVERY day at work.  Since I'm in the habit of answering the phone by the 3rd ring, I may be looking at something else when the call first comes in, so I don't immediately realize that it is this number.  If I did, I would IGNORE it!!!  It's always the same -- as soon as I answer, they hang up.  I refuse to spend the money to call them back long-distance just to see who it is.  PLEASE make them stop.  I have so many iterruptions during the day the way it is that calls like this are the LAST thing I need!

something needs to be done-I often work from home and they call sometimes several times a day. Telling/asking (whatever) does no good.
It is very annoying-any suggestions would be welcome.

The #*@&(# heads called again.  But today I'm trying a new approach.  I kept the person on the phone for better than twenty minutes, just by "not understanding the question"  The caller finally just hung up on me.  I figure if they need my opinion that badly, they should really have to work for it.

703-866-0844 is out of control!  I see identical reports below about my experiences and a company like this should be dealt with legally.  However, good luck on that.  I did contact my phone company and they told me for $15.00 setup and an extra $1.50/mo. I could have the number blocked.  Apparently everyone could do that, but why should we have to PAY for this when we ALL are on the DNCL?!!  I figure since most of us all have caller ID, just simply ignore it.  End your ringer as soon as you see it and accept it kindof like mosquitos when you're out trying to fish on a summer evening.  You bring your bug spray and keep'm from biting, but they're still there...constantly buzzing.  Just DO NOT ANSWER and don't EVER engage in their "surveys."  Don't also expect them to ever remove your number.  Obviously not happening no matter how many times you ask.  GOOD LUCK!  I'm off to go fishing on a pleasant evening...but man!  Mosquitos EVERYWHERE!!!!!

They call me almost daily, I have NEVER answered one of their calls and don't plan on it.  The worst part is they call on my cell while I am at work!  My cell is on the do not call registry list and yet they must have found the loop hole to continue to call all of us!

This number now goes to dead air they are now calling from 571-308-7951, comes up 'VIRGINA" They are no more forthcoming there than here.

Called at my work yesterday and asked for me by name. Asked if I wanted to take a post-election survey. I declined. The caller said that he'd call back at a more convenient time. I was out of the office today but had their call info on my caller ID. I became curious about them, so I googled the number and found this forum.

We get this call on our caller ID several times a day. It is annoying and want it to STOP!

They called me and my husband 6 times in the last two days.  The are asking if we will vote.  That's our business and no one elses.  They are worthless people who can't find a real job.  They somehow have my cell phone, and if they call me again, I will pursue leagal action, we both asked them not to call, and it is harrassment!!!!
