Ok thanks it was weird bc they called my house looking for my mom to talk about me then when she called she said tell her to call a 800 number and then the caller is said Rockwell nc with the 209 number I looked up that number it says its been a number since 97 then I remember a whole back a guy was telling me what they did so I wanted to investigate myself and theyvsai have u been served papers yet and I said no they said good but not good means she might be in your area so we can see what we can do now so that helps a lot and scares me the same time these people know my crap and not good we looked on my scredit stuff yesterday and found nothing at all bout the loans they were talkin about we called the police dept in Rockwell they were no help bc there thing said leave a message and we will call u back due to they were on the other line we looked up court stuff nothing I have I've cried all weekend and stuff about this crap worrying about what to do and my kids ugh it's scary

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Ok I wasn't sure because she kept telling me to call a 800 number to I been crying all weekend and stuff because she they threatened to put me in jail and stuff and when we called the 800 number they said they were ssmllc that was it And said I owe 770 I'm like for what and said I defrauded and some other crap not once have I did that

Its a scam!   Read the above post by me.   They are Asian Indian scammers.  This scam has been going on for years now.

No they are not South American.  These are callers/scammers in India who run this scam.
Do not even talk with them....hang up or don't answer.  Their big lying mouth is their only weapon to steal money with,  and the thought of putting anyone is a joke.
