these people called me and told me they were attorneys and said if i didnt make a payment of 745$ i was going to get arrested i didnt think it through bcus i got very paranoid and actually went to purchase the monkey pak green dot card and gave them the $$ to find out it was a scam we need to put a stop to this they also had ALL my info from my giv name to my bank account to my home and work address! someone needs to help me and let me know how i can sue and get my money back im 19 and with a kid thats alot of money taken from me please help and he claimed his name to be george sylvester a california attorney!! the number was 707 513 1056

This guys called me as well , I was like what is this at first and scared , but I knew I didnt do anything so I looked up number and this is a total scam ...two Indian guys are trying to make a lot of money out there hurting us good people

Same number called me told him do not call. Didn't understand him. Then he called my job at 4 am this morning.  Are you serious? Same threats and everything.

I got a call from this number. This time his name was George Sylvester from the the state attorneys office in california. He told me he needed to speak to my attorney. He said I will go to jail for six months if I did not pay and be fired from my job. I googles him while on the phone. Once I told him I googles him and that he was a fake, he hung up on me. How can u scam someone when u barely speak English?

He called and said that he was calling me from a law office in California and that I had criminal charges pending against me for crimes against my ssn and for check fraud. He said that I had recieved a payday loan and the funds were diposited into my account and that when they went to take the money out they couldn't get it so now they are considering the money stolen. He had the last 4 digits of my ssn and what bank I was with. I went that monday and closed my checking account and opened a new one. After doing some investigative work I found out that the phone number is with 01 Communications inc and belongs to a Carlietta F Chidester who is currently residing in mendocino county living in the discovery bay area or yountville area he is also asociated with 3 other adresses. He is placed at aprox 79 yrs of age and may be deceased his son Ronald Chidester may be using his fathers phone number to cover his identity and may be going by the name of William Austin.

He told me he was from the State's Attorney's office and that I have criminal charges in my name with my SSN in the state of California. He could BARELY speak English, and I interrupted him and told him he was full of bull-you-know-what and that he better not EVER call me or my job again.

I received a message from this number from a male named "Mark Williams" who had the thickest Indian accent every known to man.  He stated that I needed to call or have my attorney of record call.  I'm not sure of what this is regarding, but the only debt I have is my car loan.  He said I would need good luck if I didn't contact him.  Yeah right!!!!  Some sort of scam I'm sure

I received a message from "Mark Williams" with an accent thicker than full fog.  Stated that myself or my attorney of record needed to call immediately.  If I ignored the call, he was wishing me good luck.  I have no idea who this person is and I have no outstanding debts.  So, I guess "good luck" to them trying to collect something that does not belong to me!!!

Got another call today from the same guy.  This time he was calling from 305-735-7252 and his name was Andy McNeil.  Other than the name and the number, you could tell he was reading from the same script.

Sounds like the same guy that called me.  Same thick accent, but this time his name is Mark Williams.  He told me he needed to hear back from me or my attorney.  If I don't call back, he wishes me good luck.

I rec'd this call also.  Called my cell phone 3 times and left the same message.  I was at work, so I didn't get it.  You know it is telemarketing, because of the hours they don't call.

I received a call today from this number & he also called my job. He said his name was John Miller, works for an attorney's office & needed to speak with my lawyer regarding a payday loan that I did not pay & that I will be served with a summons on Monday at my job to go to court & will be arrested. He has a very thick accent & I could barely understand him. I asked to speak with someone who could speak English & he refused. I informed him that I do not owe any payday loans & even if I did, I could not be arrested for it so he needs to be smarter than that to try to scam this American citizen. I sincerely hope that he is not able to scam anyone out of their money. It's scary to know that he has personal information about so many of us.
