I asked to receive some info on their website and have since bought a different home warranty from another company.  American Home now won't stop calling.  Literally about 5 time a week.  I never answer.  Their persistence tells me that their sales group gets paid nice commissions.

I am on the no call list. I do not know this number from out of state. I want them to stop calling me.

YOU CANT REPORT THEM WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO CALL. PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS WHY ASK FOR INFORMATION IF YOU DONT WANT IT? SECOND OF ALL MELLY THESE PEOPLE ARENT MIND READERS THEY DONT KNOW YOUR NOT INTERESTED UNTIL YOU TELL THEM!!! TRY ANSWERING THE PHONE AND JUST SAY YOUR NOT INTERESTED THAT MIGHT STOP THE CALLS....... SOME SHOULD REPORT YOU FOR WASTING THEIR TIME.

This company called I notice it was from first america home buyer. I had it included in my mortage for the first year. I use them twice and the two time they came the service was not good. My AC still do not work and since then I do not want them but they keep calling wanting to record the conversation. I They are stupid.!!

Received 2 calls (we let the answering machine pick it up) for 707-547-2750 with no caller ID.  I am on the Do Not Call list so dont understand why I am getting this junk call.

I continue to get unidentified calls from this number. The caller will not state where he is calling from.

I've been receiving 2 calls a day from First American Home Warranty.  Can't they take the hint that if I wanted to give them money I'd have responded after the first couple mailings or phone calls?  I'm on the Do Not Call list, how long til I can report them?  Harrassment is no way to gain customers.

They need to knock it off. I have answered and told them I am not interested. He tried to give me every reason imaginable that I would need this service.
They call relentlessly. I understand its someone's job to do this, but enough is enough!

I think that I made a mistake by looking up their information on the internet.  I am shopping for a home warrenty and when I went to get a quote on their web site, I had to "get a log in".  Not thinking, I did and I gave them my stupid number.  I have already had 3 calls from them today.

O woe is me.

I just got a called from them First American home buyers protection the my phone marks the number coming from California i hope they don't call back anymore i will flush my cell phone down  the toilet i don't want to go nuts like mel gibson "I need a woman".

Home warranty service that sellar provided with home.  Would not pay for anything - air conditioning, duct issues...plumbing...etc.  Contractors they use gave run around as well.  More of a headache than a hassle.  Glad I didn't answer the phone when they called to see if we would conintue the warranty.  I have no desire to extend any relationship with this service provider.

Dropped their service after they screwed me. I informed them that I am no longer interested in ther warranty but they still call.  Makes me like them even less.

They just called me but they left me a message on my cell. Bascially stating that my H.W. has expired and i can renew with them if i want...

Is there anyway to stop them?

Missed a call from them on my cell but no message.  They came with two houses that I bought and I paid for the warranty for a couple of years, but when I needed them they screwed me over (wouldn't honor the warranty on one because the address wasn't the same - it's a duplex - one building, two units and the problem happened to be in the unit whose number wasn't on the warranty.  The other time was the house I live in.  There was an A/C problem and the contractor they sent was incompetent.  Barely spoke English, took my A/C out of service, couldn't tell me when the part was coming.  I was without A/C for three weeks.  Came home to 80+ degrees in the house every day).  I'm sure they're looking to sign me up again. Idiots.

Had their warranty for a year when I bought my house. I dont want it any longer. Have told them so on the phone when once I did answer. He tried to give me 99 reasons why I absolutely needed to re-enroll.
They call every number I have and its relentless.
Will try the do not call registry.

They are calling you because you (or more to the point, your phone number), have a prior business relationship with them.  It's a pain in the A-- loophole in the Do Not Call legislation, but that's what happens when your legislatures are in the pockets of big business.

Got second call from these people.  Left message 'Your mortgage is expiring,,,,,,,we also can insure your appliances"  We have no mortgage, no appliances,  They struck out.

Why do they have a do not call list if nobody enforces it? These people call me on my home then my cell then my home then my cell. WTF? I would never buy anything from a telle marketer because if I do I am enabling them to bug us all in the future.

I get calls from this number in the  middle of the night, two or three in a row. Every time, there is a fax machine at the other end. I've tried calling back at other times, but it is always a fax number.

No message.
