call multiple times a day from this number and also an area code 720. about a worthless?? check fraud. Katherine was one of the names given.

A person from "Recovery Debt Solutions" calls from area codes in 713 and 720 to investigate "fraud", to get a statement and to "inform me about the case". Quite frankly, since the person calling won't disclose who they are trying to reach, I completely disregard and delete the message. If they know who you are and truly want to reach you, they can do it via mail --- meaning they'll be committing mail fraud if it's a scam. A quick google search of their numerous phone numbers reveals the high probability this is a scam. They won't identify themselves, the caller won't leave his/her name, they won't identify who they are trying to reach - but they want your name almost as if they're phishing for any name to use for their nefarious purposes. I put these calls right up there with the spam emails about inheriting millions from a relative in Nigeria.

I receive calls from this # on a daily basis I actually find it amusing what a waste of time! they are with the worthless check investigation and my lawyer may be present when I call back too funny instead of harassing people why don't you get a real Job!

I receive a call from this number on a daily basis says they are from kathleen kerrs office and myself or my legal council needs to call them back at 1-713-239-5568. I have been receiving these kind of calls for about four years now the numbers always change the company names always change I put in daily complaints to the federal trade commission.

received a call from this number from the office of Jennifer Lee's looking for my attoney's information in regards to a "worthless check investigation" I called them back and requested a copy of the supposed contract I signed in 2008 but they couldn't provide me with it, I ask to be connected with the attorney handling the case and the lady got upset and hung up on me.

Just received a call from this number saying it was from the office of Kathleen Kurt, Kirk, or Kerr (hard to hear). She does not say who the call is for. She says they are trying to schedule process service on a  "worthless check investigation." They do not say where the debt originated from, either. I am in the middle of bankruptcy so they should not be contacting me. I called back to try to find out and of course I got a voicemail for "Jennifer Lee's office." I left a message. If it is one of my debts I want to be sure it is included.

I received a threatening phone call on my answering machine from this number. The caller identified themselves as calling from a Jennifer Lee's office and threatening to proceed with a lawsuit.  They did not say who they were looking for, but I sincerely doubt it was me, as I do not have any outstanding debts. I used *69 when I returned the call and received an answering machine. I proceeded to inform the machine that until they tell me who they are looking for, I would not pay too much attention to what they had to say. My number is frequently given out by someone else, and I have had to correct this with American Express and Visa over the past 9 years. I am assuming it is one of those phone calls again.
