Time Warner Cable.  If your bill is late this is one of the #s they may call you from.

They call at least twice a week and when you answer there is no response.
Called the number back and never goes thru.

Caller ID said Los Angeles and they didn't leave a message

call said they were time warner asked for me by name and said the call was being recorded and wanted to come out and give me a special on cable. I said I was not interested  Caller have called numerous times and have just hung up but decided to speak on this occasion

i usually don't answer but i wanted to know who it was, a recording came on and said "This is a courtesy call and gave a phone number" and disconnected.  I didn't write down the number.

they pretend to be a radio survey company, but when I told them to put me on their do not call list, they put me on hold for a supervisor...sounds like a scam to me
