They called twice and I called back and they wouldn't tell me the name of their business or where they were located. I told them not to call me ever and 5 days later another number 1-775-412-4499 started calling. Seems to be related to the free sample of Acai Berry diet stuff I started to apply for.

Received calls from 714-607-5742 at 8:23am, 8:50am and 9:53am no message left.  Really don't care who they are - no voice mail no return call or answer when they call back.

First call from 714 607 574 about 30 minutes ago.No message.

They call my cell twice a day 9:30A and 5:30P and I never answer and they never leave message. When will this maddness stop???
You would think that if I can block e-mails from certain accounts I should also be able to block certain numbers from ringing my phone.Sell me a phone with that feature please.

This number keeps calling my house and asking for my mother. But, they won't say who they are and what they want.

this is such BS...yes I did order some magazine...OVER 5 YEARS AGO!!!  they told me that they are being audited so they need me to pay off my account...I told them to send me a bill in the mail, they say they can't do that, I should just give them a credit card over the phone! WTF?!?!?!  And why do I care if you're getting audited?  That's not really my problem, if they're a real company they should have been calling 5 years ago when I didn't pay my bill, not now when I don't even have a job...lame

I've received the same calls like everyone else. Once I answered to the 714 # and she talked about the mag. comp. and everything and said for 4 months I owed $500 and I knew right there it was a scam cause 4 months at $13 doesn't = $500.  They have just recently started up the last two days and I just got the 562-288-7163 # and wanted to see the the net had to say about the #'s and I'm glad I did.  Is there no way to shut them up?

I posted a message earlier, and wanted to let everyone now they are now calling from a different number as well, it is 562-288-7163!!!  The only difference is the one is out of Norwalk California!!  BEWARE!!!!

They have called now for 5 days straight, around 10 times per day, and whenever I try to answer it automatically hangs up.  So, I finally called them, and some lady answers and only says Hello.  So, I asked who this was, and she said Shannon, but I work for some Lucas Collection Agency, do you have a missed call from us.  I said yes, and she asked for my telephone number with area code, and I gave it to her, when she then tried to inform me that I owe around $150 for some magazines.  I said no I don't.  I told her I would not pay her any money!!  She then got very nasty and said that she was going to report that to the company and they would file a refusal to pay claim against me, and I said that's fine because I'm currently filing a claim with the BBB against you!!  She then got VERY ANGRY, and said, "ooooo, the BBB", then started cursing me out, and hung up on me!!!  I'm sorry, but this is not a real company, I've looked them up and there is no listing for them, other then I know they are out of California.  Also, FYI, if they call your cell phone without your permission they are breaking a FEDERAL LAW!!!!  I'm telling you these people are bad news, and are only fishing for people to give them money!!!!  DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

They star calling as early as 7:30am and don't stop til 10p,several times a day, day after day!! Never leave a message and because it's a cell phone they are calling, I'm not paying for calls I don't want.

They are trying to collect a debt from 11 years THAT WAS PAID! They are saying they never got anything and now, they say I owe them over $1000 but could settle for $200. I rememeber what I read on another page that said that you should request paper documentation of the debt and if they don't then you don't need to pay anything. I think it is the economy. I never received a single magazine. It was that college kid scam where you sign your life away for a t-shirt. The only info they could give me was for a website. How dare they? I screamed and yelled at the top of my lungs. Wouldn't you if you worked so hard for ten years to build up your credit and ou are finally there and some a** from 11 years ago tries to threaten it? That is my ticket to a normal life and these people want to take it away from me for themselves. (which they probably don't even need the money)How do we poor people stop this? Now they call but don't say anything. So, we just stay victimized or is there something we can do?

They call me 3-5 times a day. I never pick up.
