Called the company line (714) 991-3686 and they told me he is not their employee and ask me if I wanted my number removed... I suggested that it would be to their "Benefit" to do so otherwise they could expect visits from Alcohol beverage control and every other state and local agency I can think of !! My suggestion is for everyone who recieves these "Text messages" call the main company line and tell them to remove your number or you'll file complaints with the OC DA's office.

I too got a text from this person.  I called the club and left a voicemail expressing my displeasure.  I will call them during business hours tomorrow.

They get your number from craigslist... im sure most of you saw a deal too good to pass up and emailed about it. They must've requested a number and never called you back. Why? Because they didn't have anything for sale, infact he has your number and can sell it for .20 each to nigerians.

I called the " Club Ember" and spoke with Eugenia and she said that this person is a
indepentend contractor and they cannot do anything... ummmmm what???
They are responsible for all contractors....
I asked for her boss - she said it was Christian - but he of course was not in.
Their direct number is Executive Offices: 714.991.5101

Maybe everyone should call and complain.

She knew exactly who it was when I called.

Anyhow - Doesnt this fall somewhere under the do no call listing???

I called the number... it rang several times, got voicemail and I left him a message basically saying that I despised the fact that he is spamming my cell phone when I don;'t know who the F*** he is.

Thank you.  I made a formal complaint.  The more people that do it the better!  I received repetitive texts from this company way back in June and then again today.

I got the same message today.  Irritating!  I have never posted my cell anywhere including all those listed in other's suggested "culprits" ...not FB, Google, Amazon, 24 Hr Fitness.  Checking around 800notes, seems he uses lots of different #'s to keep from being blocked.

Got the same club promotion message... all of a sudden I got two soliciting emails in the same day. My girlfriend also got the same. I'm on the national do not call list and the last time I gave my number was to 24 Hour Fitness because they now require it for your pass. Not sure if they sold my number to a third party, just an observation, could be wrong. My girlfriend also just got a pass to 24 Hour Fitness.

Got the same club promotion message...where the heck did this idiot get my private cell number,  I don't have it listed on FB, and I don't give it out....I'm a mom with 3 kids and have never even been to a club, let alone put my information on a promo list.  What a jerk, wasting people's texts.  I hope someone finds out who he is.

i got same message from same number then he says "text me at my other number 714-396-6714, NOW!" who is this and why are they doing this, how are they getting our numbers?!?!?!?

Hey just wondering?  do you all have facebook accounts?  I'm wondering if he accessed us through there somehow.  My cell is public.  Which I am going to change right now.
I also reported him as someone who has made unwanted contact with me.

I just got the same text.  It irritates me that they can get a personal cell phone number.
I'm a 46 yo mom so I am not on any club list or anything like that.
I texted him back and told him I was not interested and asked him to never correspond with me again!
