Person named TJ Price from CCR called, claims my daughter Tere applied for a loan. Advised I don't have a daughter named tera. Sounded very suspicious.

I received a call from 706-206-0689 just this evening. The gentleman calling stated that a lawsuit for a debt was to be filed within 24-48 hours under my name and SSN. He neede me to call 1-888-872-7985 and give my address and employer's address. He claimed he was Derrick Rose from CI Legal Services and it was very important for me to get this matter resolved.

Trying to collect on a 10yo charged off debt. This should be illegal. They do use intimidation/legal threats to get you to pay even though the debt doesn't even exist anymore. I like to lead them on as if I'm going to pay and then I use a blowhorn or other loud, noise making device. I know it's a pain, but I suggest doing the same thing, people. If enough people start doing the same thing, over and over again, that causes pain/discomfort to the Do*chebags doing the harassing, they will get sick of it & hopefully stop. It's worth a try, right? A little bit of payback for thieves & cowards? I think it's worth it. A sports whistle, blowhorn, bell, even 2 pots bagging together....it's time to fight back.

These people call me they said that i owe money from 3 difent checks they use intimidation such legal threats and wage garnishments. they claim to be lawyers, they toll me to go to a walmart and buy a reloaded visa card and make 12 payments.  the callme from two diferent numbers 716-206-0689 and from 888-872-7985

These people called me as well . They are a company called CCR & Associates. They are trying to collect money for debts. Thing is you may not even owe the debt. They try to use intimidation such as legal threats and wage garnishments. They claim to be lawyers.

I received a call fromt his number on my cell phone while I was visiting my parents house 300 miles away. I didn't answer. Moments later, they called my parents' house number and I was pretty steamed so I picked up and hung up. I've done research on this number/company and it's nothing but fraud. I don't owe anything so they have nothing on me.
